Omg! From the moment we stepped into the lobby we knew we made the right choice! Actually, we knew it when we met the owner when making arrangements. I think it's double great that the Friends we went with are owners and as it turns out, very good friends with Property manager in Mexico! What a small world! By the way, Lily ( the property manager) met us like we were family! My wife and I felt that we are guests at a close family member's home... and are enjoyed every second! Our son was so happy and so glad that we brought him to this paradise with his best friend being in the building right next door! I see how others love it here so much and it's only been 24 hours since our plane landed! We had a blast at Soriano's ( the grocery store) and I awoke to the most wonderful loving breakfast by my wife, after she returned from her run! It's easily a home away from home and we have Minda,the owner to thank! Minda, thank you so much for making our vacation so special! We feel so fortunate to have met you and it's a privilege to be renting your gorgeous condo here! We cannot wait till the opportunity comes to return! As always, Sandy

This condo surpassed our expectations in every way! Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Very spacious and well decorated. Fully stocked with clean towels and everything you would need in the kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The staff at the Pininsula condos were friendly and very helpful. The pool was the biggest we've ever seen and immediately in front of the beach! We highly recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to enjoy the best Puerto Vallarta...

This condo was the best that we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and had all of the conveniences of home. It was immaculately cleaned, and had incredible views. It is located very close to shopping, dolphin adventure, marina, and grocery store. The pools were cleaned daily, and the beach was raked of any debris that the tide brought in each morning. The staff was very friendly, and always ready to give us information or call us a cab. For a nominal fee, the condo manager picked us up from the airport, did all of the shopping, and had everything waiting for our arrival. My only regret was that we could not stay longer. We will definitely be coming back and staying in this lovely condo.

"This vacation was perfect, starting from this fantastic property located in PV very close to the activities we wanted to enjoy 24hr. Security, 360ft. Pool to swim at, beach front one day we saw dolphins swimming right in front of the place it has a gym, and very spacious, great kitchen and just steps away from the condo is plaza península there are some restaurants that are a must. I Will rent this place again for sure the sunsets are jaw droping !

Hubby, myself and UC Berkeley g'daughter needed a few days for R&R; and this condo put us into instant relax mode. It is in the perfect location, between the airport and Old Town. Although we did not use the pool, it did look inviting. We liked the security measures in place, and, all the staff were very kind and helpful.

Hello Minda, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for sharing your lovely place in Puerto Vallarta with myself and my girlfriends. It was just PERFECT!!!!! We could not have asked for a better place for our get together. The staff at Peninsula Towers were wonderful. I had a nice visit with Maggie and just a splendid week overall. It was really the icing on the cake (pun intended) for my birthday celebration. I have already decided I would LOVE to rent from you again if you will have me. It was serene and peaceful - simply perfect for all our explorations. What a uniquely comfortable and convenient place you have found - Very chic but still sufficiently low key, and in wonderfully close proximity to restaurants, shopping and of course the beautiful beaches of PV. It was, quite simply, the perfect place to return to at the end of the day. I am sure it must be great knowing that you can retreat to such a warm and relaxing oasis when the cold winds of the Midwest blow. Minda, we can't thank you enough for working with us on such short notice. We were so excited to be able to go to P.V., and especially spend time in your breathtaking condo. It was even more lovely than the pictures! Your property manager was so helpful to us, especially since this was our first visit to Mexico. She told us about several great restaurants and things to do, which turned out to be perfect. Being right on the beach was amazing and we loved the huge pool, as well. I could go on and on, but let it just suffice to say, this was an amazing vacation and we are hoping that we can rent out your condo again next year. Can't wait!

This was my first stay at the condo. I had viewed the photos on the internet but when I walked in the door to the condo I was dazzled by the beautiful backdrop the ocean provides to this bright and open space. The condo is tastefully decorated, but the most relaxing amenities inside the condo were the cool ocean breeze and the continuous sound of the waves hitting the shoreline. I spent hours relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the magnificent sunsets. The condo is located in a quieter area of town with a very clean white sand beach. The pool is spacious and refreshing and well maintained. The town is a short ride away. I enjoyed using the well-equipped fitness room and the comfortable movie theater. I highly recommend a stay in this condo for anyone seeking rest and relaxation in a luxurious place on the ocean!

The travel experience met or exceeded our high expectations." My wife, myself and three 20-something's recently stayed 7 nights at The Peninsula. Having been to P.V. several times and previously visited ( but not stayed at ) The Peninsula, we had high expectations for a luxurious and peaceful vacation. And we were not disappointed. With a 19th floor view, we'd watch the cruise boats come and go from the large patio. The unit is spacious and we enjoyed the breeze from the open patio door off the family room. Every morning, we'd stock up the refrigerator with fresh, cheese, etc. from the grocery store a few blocks away. Hands down, we enjoyed the living experience so much more than being crammed into two hotel rooms. And we made great use of the on-premises concierge and exercise room and the mall next door ( which includes numerous restaurant choices and a casino ). We knew that the pool and beach were going to be a highlight of our stay. The beach had no shells, so it was really nice to walk the shore. And the pool is huge and very well maintained with numerous comfortable chaise lounges. I would highly recommend a stay, either for a quiet romantic getaway or for groups of four or more. All-in-all, a very classy place with all the services of a luxury hotel at a reasonable if not bargain price.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The grocery store (Sorianas) was within walking distance, it was easy to catch a cab to go downtown, the pool is just absolutely gorgeous, and the property managers (Andres & Lily) were very accomodating. Mucho Gracias! Bonito Peninsula.

Minda, your condo in P.V. is everything you said iyt would be and more. The views...wow!! We hated to leave. Next year, we are hoping that we can stay for one month, or so. It was so nice being able to watch the sun come up over the mountains in the morning from our bed, and watch the sun go down over the ocean, sitting on your balcony in the afternoon. Dec 30, 2009 "escape from the cold" We purchased a place in Tower 1 at the Peninsula and needed a place to stay until all the furnishing arrived. We were there 5 days. It worked out well as we were close by for any questions or concerns. The place was very well furnished and Lilly - the manager of the condo - was always available.

My family had such a good time in P.V. and in your condo. We invited our friends over one evening. They were staying at the Grand Venetian. They could not believe how beautiful your condo was and the Peninsula, as a whole. We loved the private movie theater, especially the kids and it was great having the wireless internet in the condo so that we could keep in touch with home. Thank-you, Minda. "Ultimate luxury, perfect views and fascinating town. " Hi Minda, This was my second stay in your beautiful condo. I was there in June 2008 and then again after Christmas. Wow!! Beautiful decor, granite counters, three bathrooms, huge balcony high over the bay, swimming pools and of course the beach; but the real plus is all this luxury in a private setting with easy access to Puerto Vallerta. The condo is so thoughtfully appointed I feel right at home. I'll be back! Kathy

The condo was delightful, filled with beautiful furnishings and great views. What I enjoyed must about my stay was waking early, sipping my favorite cup of coffee and watching the movement of the water from the living room view. I would highly recommend the trip to PV and the stay at this luxury condo.

My wife and I loved this condo! The unit and building are just breathtaking, nicer than any place we have ever stayed before!! The property is conveniently located near restaurants and many other conveniences. The property manager was wonderful and so helpful to us in making recommendations, since we had never been there before. The owner was really nice and very accomodating, too. We had so much fun, we are planning on rebooking this year, as well.

I was fortunate enough to spend a vacation with friends at this condo. The view is magnificent and the unit is beautifully furnished and extremely spacious. There is nothing lacking! Furthermore, the location is fabulous. The building is bright and inviting and the unit itself impeccably maintained. I would highly recommend staying at this condo!
