Minutes on foot from the lifts, our condominium makes an excellent base for skiers, riders and fans for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Located in a quiet complex just above the Creekside Gondola, you will enjoy mountain views and all the convenience of Creekside Village. You can walk five minutes to the lifts where all the alpine skiing events will be held. There are also allof the Creekside amenities including a grocery store, restaurants, pub, ski/snowboard shops, video/DVD store, bank, BC liquor store, gas stations, and Starbuck’s Coffee.
A short bus ride (5 minutes) takes you to the main Village where nightly activities are planned during the Games. You can also access the sliding center from the base of Blackcomb at the main Village.
Our town homes are ground level which allows you to unload your skis, snowboards and gear right at the front door. Step into a drying room which is excellent to dry your jackets, mittens and boots overnight. There is free permit parking for one car.
Step into the fully equipped kitchen with a heated slate floor. The kitchen is generously equipped with an electric stove and oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Small appliances include filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, and coffee grinder. There are of course plenty of dishes and utensils. Just off the kitchen is a powder room.
The open concept main floor has a dining table that features comfortable chairs which allow you to linger over a hot meal after a day on the slopes. Light a fire in the wood burning fireplace and curl up on the couch. For your convenience, we have chopped the wood and stacked it neatly for you. Or you can put in a new release DVD or listen to some tunes while you are barbequing on the deck.
On the second level, you will find the bedrooms and a well stocked full bathroom. The unit will sleep 4 people comfortably (5 maximum). The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and storage. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. The bedrooms are appointed with new linens and duvets.
The bathroom features a deep tub for soaking after a day on the slopes. Or you can take a quick hot shower in the morning before heading out. Towels and soaps are provided.
There is no need to pack a large suitcase as you can do laundry in our full size washer and dryer.
Having been located in Whistler for over ten years, we have created a tasteful and comfortable homes for ourselves and our guests.
We are looking to rent our townhomes on a long term basis during 2010 and prefer a mid January to the end of March as the rental period. Our rates for the full period: 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom $32,000 and 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom $38,000. |
