It is a Mexican colonial style one bedroom apartment, with a balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the mountains.
It is located on the upper part of the city in a particular quiet and attractive area at the end of a private cul de sac (no traffic street). It is only 10 minutes walk downtown to the center (El Jardìn Uniòn),the mercado, shops, museums, theaters and restaurants.
The apartment has one bedroom with either a king size bed or twin beds, an ample bathroom, a comfortable living and dining area with balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, dinner service and cooking utensils.
The Decor is charming Mexican, and there is also a safe deposit box, ceiling fans, cable TV and wireless internet.
There is a laundry that is shared with other units, cleaning service is provided once a week at no extra cost. Access by car is very easy and fast and furthermore there is a bus and taxi service a block away.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
