A great fully furnished Florida getaway, escape the cold and enjoy a relaxing stay in this exclusive adult golfing community. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, updated house with a 1 1/2 car garage, perfect for your golf cart. There is a full size eat-in kitchen with a separate dining room. The living room has a 32" inch TV with a wide assortment of videos. There is also a separate den for a quiet evening with your favorite novel. The house has everything you need for an awesome vacation.

The house is close enough to Disney and Busch Gardens, but far enough away from city life. The house is fully furnished with all of your needs, just bring your clothes and your golf clubs, (don't have any, don't worry, you can rent them at the club house). This is a great way to escape the cold northern winters.

This modern split floor plan home has lots of room and a great screened in patio. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and private bath with full walk in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the adjoining second bathroom includes a bathtub with shower.

Sebring is located in Highlands County. Here in the center of the Sunshine State, you’ll find crystal clear lakes for fishing, boating, skiing,biking, and sailing, and more than a dozen golf courses that will suit your skills and challenge level. Our gently rolling hills, orange groves and charming small town make this a relaxing country getaway – and our central location provides easy access to Florida’s best attractions without the hustle and high prices of the major tourist areas. It’s the best of both worlds – 90 minutes to Disney, Sea World, or Universal Studios in Orlando, and less than 2 hours to Busch Gardens in Tampa, yet removed enough for that “get away from it all” feeling.

  • We stayed here for the month of Dec. 2008. Everything was as we were told. It was a very comfortable house and such a peaceful neighborhood. The bike trail and state park were right out our back door. We enjoyed this time more than any other vacation I've been on. The owners were prompt and very easy to work with. If we should decide to return again sometime we would definitly stay there again. I can't say enough. Fantastic!!!!
