Glorious swimming/snorkeling directly in front of property. Large, new, private, 160 ft dock with boat slips for every property. Fabulous sunsets. Grocery stores and liquor store less than five minutes from the door. Availability to restaurants who will pick you up and drop you off. THE best location on the island.
Guest Quarters: a very comfortable private apartment with fully-equipped kitchen/living room is available for large groups. Sleeps four people.

Why the Owner Chose Hopetown
We chose this place on the island to build a home because the area is so central to all the island amenities and has such a glorious view, also so private with a huge private dock. This home is only 50 ft from the sea and perfect, clean, clear water to swim in.
