This Cozy Ocean View Getaway is located in the desirable Mesa Neighborhood and offers everything to make your time away from home enjoyable.With ocean views, 10 min walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive downtown, this charming beach cottage has every Santa Barbara experience close by. The house is located near the beaches, downtown Santa Barbara, the Harbor, Mountains and the Mesa Center shopping. The nearby beach only two blocks away (Ledbetter) has safe swimming, surfing and bathing.
The nearby park (Shoreline park) offers an ideal setting for picnics, lounging, playing ball or running. The close by State Street boasts of California's finest restaurants, trendy shopping and fun-filled entertainment. The home has a galley kitchen with eat-in bar as well as a wood fireplace to cozy up to. The home consists of a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a media room/den.
The backyard is private and consists of everything that you would need to enjoy outdoor living including: an outdoor hot tub, patio furniture, BBQ, lawn, fruit trees and a gazebo with a love swing. The backyard is fenced in and secure so parents and children can both enjoy carefree. Bikes are also available for your use, as everything from our home is just a bike ride away.
