This beautiful, Non-Smoking, Pet-Free Home lies in a sunny valley with breathtaking views of the Breckenridge Ski area and Ten Mile Range. You are only a short walk down Wellington Road to the downtown area. Conveniently located on the free Summit Stage Shuttle route. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the shuttle stop, a 5 minute ride to Main Street where all of the shops and restaurants are located and a 7 minute ride to Breck Station, home of the new gondola to Peak 7 and 8.
The entrance leads you to the great room where you can warm up by the stone gas fireplace and enjoy a breathtaking view of French Creek and the entire Ten Mile Range of Peaks 1 through 10. The fully-equipped kitchen will accommodate all of your dining needs. Relax and be entertained in the oversized family room with large screen satellite HD Direct TV and a library of DVDs. WIFI is available throughout the home.
There are 2 bedrooms located on the upper level, including the master suite with jetted tub and one located on the main level. The 2 upper level bedrooms each have queen beds and private baths. The master suite has mountain views.
The main level bedroom has a captain's bunkbed which is a full on the bottom and twin on the top and there is also a twin sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a 3/4 bath on the main level. For your personal entertainment, every bedroom is equipped with Direct TV with all of the movie channels, XM Radio, Major League Baseball, NFL Sunday Ticket and DVD players. The main level bedroom has a Playstation 2 with an assortment of games.

For smaller parties, we can lock off part of the duplex, thereby reducing the number of bedrooms and offer a discounted rate. Call or e-mail for details. For example, for a couple, we can offer the home in a 1 bedroom configuration featuring the master suite.

The house was perfect. It was spacious,convenient,great views,hot tub . Would definitely rent again.The only negative was leaving.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was terrific, spacious and very close to the shuttle. The setting was beautiful and the house is even better than the photos depict. I did a lot of shopping around for price and location and I think this house was a very good find. From the extra towels in just the right places to the grocery store discount card on the house key ring, the owner is really thoughtful. I would highly recommend.

Great spot for our family! Plenty of room for everyone, very nice kitchen/living area to hang out while cooking dinner, watching tv or playing games. Kids loved having their own space and was nice for the adults as well! Fantastic view of Breck, great memories sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set over the mountains.

After a sunny days of sking, we relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed the mountain views and watched the stars emerge. Great place, very clean and comfortable, handy to town and shuttle route.
