You and your guests can enjoy a Fire Pit area, and your kids will love running around our Private 'Woods Area' in our backyard (see picture). This one-story house has a great floor plan and picturesque views. Great Hot tub for Six, plus pool/spa.

This is a deluxe residence and that your friends and family will really appreciate. 1/2 acre (corner lot), 3,500 sq. ft home. Your group can now enjoy their time together, and still have plenty of space for themselves as well.

We are located: 2 miles from the airport, 3 miles from the MGM, 2.5 miles from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and 3.5 miles from the Convention Center, 1 mi to UNLV, and a 7 minute drive to the Cesar's Palace. If needed you can take a taxi to most places on the Strip.
