  My husband and I and two 15 year old boys stayed in Serendipity over Spring Break. First thing I have to say is that this cottage is spotless - big plus! It is beautiful and beachy inside, quaint and quiet with lots of character. It was too chilly to use the pool, but it has a great back yard for swimming and cooking out. The beds are comfortable, plenty of clean bath towels and the kitchen is well stocked. The washer dryer is convenient. The bedroom upstairs was perfect for the boys. The owner is easy, friendly and nice to deal with. Location is convenient to shops, restaurants, Seaside and the gorgeous beach. We definitely recommend spending some time in Serendipity.

  WE HAD ORIGINALLY BOOKED TWO WEEKS BUT HAD TO CANCEL ONE WEEK DUE TO WORK SCHEDULE. WOW, HOW I WISH WE COULD HAE STAYED FOR TWO WEEKS. THE HOUSE IS PERFECT. CLOSE TO THE BEACH (TWO BLOCKS) CLOSE TO ALL RESTAURANTS AND TOWN CENTER OF SEASIDE. THE HOUSE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WE LACKED NOTHING. THE POOL WAS AN ADDED BONUS AND WAS A HIT WITH OUR MOTHER WHO DIDNT LIKE TO SPEND TOO MUCH TIME AT THE BEACH. (NICELY SHADED POOL AREA) IT WAS ALSO A PLACE TO TAKE A DIP AFTER A HOT DAY ON THE BEACH. WE EJOYED THIS TRIP VERY MUCH AND LOOK FORWARD TO VISITING IN THE FUTURE.

  We felt right at home in your fabulous home. Loved the porches, swings, location and your decorations were perfect. All the books, magazines, everything was perfect!

  Our stay at Serendipity was absolutely wonderful! This is a most adorable home for any family. The house is warm and welcoming and the pool is perfect for cooling down after a hot day from the beach. Away from the crowds, yet at the back door to the beach and little town. I would recommend this place and plan to book for next year. Thanks to Susan and Pete for sharing your bit of heaven with my family.

  A very nice and comfortable home off the beaten path, but so close to everything. A hidden gem! Definately booking again.
