About the owner: I am an architect specializing in restoring and renovating historic abode homes in Santa Fe. My wife Linda is a painter and shows her work here in Santa Fe and other places across the country.

We acquired this property (duplex) and renovated it in 2006 for our Studio and office and an apartment for friends and family. We have re-furnished it for use as vacation rental and we also use it for trades in the US and around the world. The design retains all the charm of old Santa Fe, yet has all the conveniences one expects in a modern rental.
