Luxury beach house in beautiful, affluent Lauderdale Beach... Only steps to the ocean. The house is located in the ocean block - so close you can hear the waves! This is a very quiet beach since this is the last area with single family homes on Fort Lauderdale beach. Near downtown Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, the airport and lots of shopping.
This home is large (~2600 square feet) and each of the three bedrooms has it's own bath and walk in closet. This luxurious home has custom doors and stone work. The house was recently remodeled throughout. French doors open to a relaxing patio area in a nicely landscaped back yard. The kitchen has Kraftmaid cabinets with a full granite backsplash and Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a luxurious attached bath with a rainfall shower and double vanities with limestone tops. A separate master sitting room opens onto the quiet front porch. It has a wall-mounted 42 inch flat screen TV. Total of approximately 1000 square foot.
A separate family room with comfortable furniture has a home theater system including 46 inch Sharp Aquos wall-mounted LCD, in wall speakers and surround sound and DVD player.
