Why stay in a small condo with no windows when you can stay in a beautifully decorated, spacious town home with windows on 3 sides! If you want to feel like your outdoors when your inside, then this is the place for you!

This beautifully remodeled townhome will be a great getaway for your Crested Butte vacation! Located just 2 blocks from the free town/ski area bus stop and Nordic Center, you can also stroll to historic downtown Crested Butte in minutes for dining and shopping. We are located on the edge of town where the fox run and where you can hear coal creek rushing by.

This home features in-floor radiant heat, new carpet and tile, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the entry level that are furnished with the highest quality sheets, toppers and feather pillows as well as cozy down comforters. Each has its own bathroom. Living in the master you have the option of watching Tv on the 26" flat screen/dvd or enjoying the steam shower in the bathroom. The guest room that is furnished with the queen bed, has a Tv as well. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a queen-size futon sofa bed, and a TV/VCR...great for kids!

The second story living area combines living and dining in a bright, open area with vaulted ceilings. Cook on the gas range while chatting with friends seated at the adjacent breakfast bar or if you choose, BBQ on the deck overlooking Coal Creek. The living room features a 42" Flatscreen TV/VCR/DVD player. With windows in every room you will be able to enjoy the views of Red Lady and Paradise Divide as well as bask in the natural sunlight.
Or if you prefer to be outside, we have aderondack chairs surrounding a firepit for roasting marshmellows while enjoying the cool mountain air.

  • The Coal Creek Guest House was fantastic!! Having small children I was concerned about disrupting others.....but there was so much privacy here. Many things to keep the kids busy...fishing in the backyard creek, riding bikes around town, looking for bears...adventures and memories of a life time. Thank you Kellar family for providing us with all the amenities and space to have a stress free vacation.

  • This condo is awesome! It lies right on the edge of town with gorgeous views of the mountains in all directions. The condo is first rate with comfortable beds, first class bedding, a well equipped kitchen, and is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. There is lots to do in this area - hiking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, four- wheeling, biking, or just hanging out. I had a wonderful time here and hope to come back soon!
