Located just 2 blocks from the free town/ski area bus stop and Nordic Center, you can also stroll to historic downtown Crested Butte in minutes for dining and shopping. We are located on the edge of town where the fox run and where you can hear coal creek rushing by.
This home features in-floor radiant heat, new carpet and tile, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the entry level that are furnished with the highest quality sheets, toppers and feather pillows as well as cozy down comforters. Each has its own bathroom. Living in the master you have the option of watching Tv on the 26" flat screen/dvd or enjoying the steam shower in the bathroom. The guest room that is furnished with the queen bed, has a Tv as well. The third level loft bedroom has two twin beds, a queen-size futon sofa bed, and a TV/VCR...great for kids! The loft is closed in and has windows, one operable, that over looks into the living room.
