This quaint cape home has two separate apartments and has proven to be perfect for multiple family members. You can share the driveway,deck, backyard and barbeque. The back yard is perfect for friends and family. There's a set of outdoor furniture and an outdoor hot/cold shower.
I provide pillows and blankets. Tenant must bring their own sheets and towels.
There's fine dining in walking distance.

- Air Conditioning : The upstairs apartment has one large wall a/c and one small window unit in the bedroon. There are 3 in the downstairs apartment (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the LR)
- Linens Provided : Pillows and blankets are provided. Tenant is responsible for their own linens, including pillow cases and towels.
- Washer : The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs apartment. If you rent upstairs only, you do not have use of the washer and dryer.

Why the Owner Chose Lavallette
As a native New Yorker, I started looking for a quaint beach home for my family over 10 years ago. Not knowing the Jersey shore too well, I traveled from LBI to Point Pleasant. During my search I was drawn to Lavallette over and over again, I couldn't get enough of it. Lavallette appeared to be very family oriented, quiet, well maintained and of course, beautiful. After buying in Lavallette,my thoughts were clearly correct....Lavallette is wonderful!!!!!

The Unique Benefits of this House
This quaint and spotless two family cape is one block from the beach and in walking distance to all fine dining and shopping. The bay is just 3 blocks away with a playground and great for fishing.
There's also a library within walking distance along with a small park for young children.

Just got back from a week in beautiful Lavallette NJ. We rented the entire house (both units) for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. It was perfect for our needs. We felt so "at home" from the moment we arrived. The house is sunny & spacious... even better than the pictures! The back yard is huge--plenty of space for beach chairs, bikes, etc. We ate many meals at the picnic tables and really enjoyed relaxing on the very big deck. Inside the house is clean and nicely decorated. It's also right next door (around the corner) to Lavallette Pizzeria & Ristorante (great food) as well as close to many other eateries (Meg's for breakfast!, The Bayside Cafe, Iceberg Ice Cream) and attractions (The Music Man, Barnacle Bill's arcade, boardwalk). Owner Laura was a pleasure to deal with--we hope to come back again!
