This is a two family house, perfect for an entire family. The exterior of the house was renovated with a new roof, siding and windows. Just recently, a new front porch and back deck was built. The upstairs apartment is completely renovated. The interior house was recently painted.
The downstairs apartment has one Queen size bed in one bedroom. The second bedroom has one full bed and a bunk (twin & full).
The upstairs apartment has one large bedroom with 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed. There's a glass sliding door in the kitchen that opens onto a deck allowing you access to the back yard.
Both kitchens come equipped with all utensils, pots, pans, etc.
The back yard is perfect for friends and family. There's a set of outdoor furniture and an outdoor hot/cold shower. I provide pillows and blankets.
There's fine dining in walking distance.

• Upstairs: $1,300
• Entire house: $2,500
$300 security deposit is required. 4 beach badges available if entire house is booked.

Why the Owner Chose Lavallette
As a native New Yorker, I started looking for a quaint beach home for my family over 9 years ago. Not knowing the Jersey shore too well, I traveled from LBI to Point Pleasant. During my search I was drawn to Lavallette over and over again, I couldn't get enough of it. Lavallette appeared to be very family oriented, quiet, well maintained and of course, beautiful. After buying in Lavallette, my thoughts were clearly correct....Lavallette is wonderful!!!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Two Family Home
This house is perfect for a family vacation. This quaint and spotless two family cape is one block from the beach and in walking distance to all fine dining and shopping. The bay is just 3 blocks away, with a playground and great for fishing. The house has a brand new front porch and deck in the rear. There's a driveway that fits 2 large or 3 small cars. There's an outdoor hot/cold shower...great for keeping sand out of the house.
