Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City
We choose this house for it's extra-ordinary oceanfrontage / beachfront. This is actually part of a duplex. We own both units. It was originally owned by a doctor - so very well built. Each unit has it's own separate oceanfront yard and only share the steps down to the beach. This is a LOW bank beachfront home.
The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
Definitely the views and the easy beach access are some great advantages this house has over other beachfront homes. But the hot tub overlooking miles of sandy beach is great too. We have never had a complaint about the location and amenities! This is a special place to come and get away from it all. We even come and stay even though we live in LC!!

We love Lincoln City. Who can complain about living at the BEACH!!!! We actually live locally and purchased this home with my parents as an investment for our retirement :-)
