This is a wonderful vacation home for the entire family to enjoy. Built in 2005 it features everything brand new and top of the line.
This is a two story house approximately 25 yards from the beach. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, and an oversized 2 car garage. The bottom floor has BR #1 - queen sized bed, BR #2 2 full size beds & BR 3 full bottom bunk & twin top bunks. Middle floor is where you will find the kitchen, dinning room seats 8 or more & living room. TV, DVD, Internet and door leading to balcony. outdoor patio table & gas BBQ. Top floor BR#4 queen sized bed, TV, private balcony and full bath with Jacuzzi tub.
The house also features an over sized 2 car garage which allows for most sand toys and large trucks to be parked indoors and out of the elements.
The location of this house can’t get much better, approximately 25 yards from the beach and less than a block from the entrance to Oceano Dunes OHV State Park. Enjoy swimming, surfing, building sand castles or riding your sand toys to your heart’s content. All within walking distance from this wonderful vacation home. The home is also less than 5 minutes from the Pismo Beach pier, and approximately 10 minutes from San Luis Obispo.

We needed additional space for our family reunion and this more than met our expectations. It was comfortable, near the beach, nicely furnished with all the amenities.Thank you for letting us borrow your wonderful home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The rental description is very accurate. We walked across the street to the beach and drove around the corner to the dunes entrance. We were able to fit the sandrail and a car in the garage, with the trucks in the driveway. The house was beautiful, very clean and organized. The upstairs master bedroom was very large, could fit an air mattress on the floor if needed. The walk in closet had a crib and would be perfect if a baby was in the group. The bathtub in the master was just what I needed. The kitchen was perfect for our large group all cooking together, lots of cupboard and counter space. The couch was comfortable and there is a twin hide-away in the ottoman. The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom were perfect too. Everything was great for our group of 9, there were beds and dishes for everyone. The hot water heater is amazing too, we took at least 6 showers in the AM and washed dishes and ran the dishwasher and there was still hot water. The owners were very helpful and responsive, always in contact throughout the whole reservation process. We would park our truck on the sand and walk through the beach entrance and come back to the house for lunch, or drop/pick up people from the house without leaving the beach. We were also within driving 5 minutes of downtown Pismo, where the girls went shopping and hung out on the beach. Overall great stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
