Residential area... walking distance to shopping strip with all kinds of stores, and two restaurants... including the famous Columbia spanish restaurant. All Clearwater Beach amenities are a short drive away, going over a small bridge, where you can find almost anything you wish, including fishing, parasailing, etc. excursions, many restaurants, and other attractions.

Quiet, residential, underground electric and other utilities, great for walking and jogging, and within walking distances of small shops, restaurants, etc.
