Perfect night away for 6 women!! The condo was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described by the owners if not better! Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how beautifully decorated the condo was and then how exceptionally clean it was!! The owners were super helpful and gave suggestions on where to eat or what to do while we were in Hot Springs. We ate at a restaurant called The Bleu Monkey and definitely enjoyed it! The food was just as amazing as the service. Also, we enjoyed the location of the condo. It’s about 5 minutes off the highway and very easy to find. I would definitely like to come back again for a longer stay. Thanks again for making our visit so wonderful!

Okay, in the interest of fairness and full disclosure, the picture of the lake is not what you will see out the windows. And they drop the lake a few feet during the winter. Who cares? The value represented by the obvious care lavished upon this unit by the owners is only matched by the touches they have made in the interest of their renters. I only wish all of my decisions were as good as this one. My family was well contented and enjoyed the unit immensely. I understand the owner also has a one bedroom unit and considering an Oct weekend getaway for just the wife and me. Highly recommended!

Owner response:Eric, thank you for your thoughtful comments! As you said, Lake Hamilton is "lowered" each winter for maintenance and environmental issues, but is typically "full" some time in early March each year. Glad your family had a great time! The Saviano's

My family of 5 and friends enjoyed everything about this rental. We were impressed with the cleaniness and felt like home. Loved the decorating and the location. My three boys fished off the pier all day. This was truly the best place we have ever vacationed. We hope to return next year, but in the fall.......

Thank you so much for your condo. We had a wonderful time. There was 9 ladies all together. We could not have picked a more beautiful place to stay.It was so clean and warm we didn't want to leave.

Great lake getaway

We were totally surprised by the condo. We were expecting something really nice but this condo is beautiful. We could not have asked for anything more. Everything we needed was right there. The condo is fully stocked with anything you need. The lake is about 10 steps outside the back door. I highly recommend this rental. Thanks for a great weekend.

We absolutely loved the condo! We had 8 in our group and we had plenty of room. We stayed for 10 days and we're not ready to go back home. Our 3 kids practically lived on the docks the whole time and enjoyed the fishing. The beds we're very comfortable, the condo was beautifully decorated, and the master bath was superb! We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and used it often.....ahhhh....so relaxing! I took the kids to the area behind the condos and we filled a 5 gallon bucket full of quartz and other beautiful rocks. There was a wonderful neighbor a couple of condos down that was so nice, fun to talk with, and gave the kids lots of fishing gear. The area was so quiet and peacful, sun rises and sunsets where beautiful to watch off the back porch. I loved watching the fog roll in on the water. If you plan on activities in the Hot Springs area I would definately reccomend the Duck Tour, it was a blast and something the whole family enjoyed. We also had a good time at the T-Rex indoor black light mini-golf. Thanks so much for making your condo feel like our home away from home!

This is a fabulous condo! Just gorgeous! It was beautifully decorated and comes with every little thing you could need. My 3 year old LOVED the DVD player in the bed and that he could go right outside to the water. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is right out of a magazine. I would definatly stay here again. Many many thanks to the Saviano's for allowing us the pleasure of a fantastic vacation in thier condo.

We SO enjoyed our time at the Saviano's vacation home. Everything was so welcomeing! They really know how to make people feel at home. We enjoyed renting from them. Be sure to consider this condo when vacationing in Hot Springs, AR. Everything is as is pictured. We had a great time, and we loved the accomidations!

I stayed here with 5 other women on a golfing trip. We had a great time. We all loved the condo. It was very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. We all had our own bed which made it that much more comfortable. The owners were very nice to work with. If we take another golf trip to Hot Springs we will definitely stay here again. I stayed here with a group of girls for a girl's weekend. We had a terrific time!!!!!! The condo was beautiful, clean, and elegantly outfitted. The shower in the Master's Bath was HEAVENLY!!! We truly loved our experience and hope to return very soon!

I have to say that this is truly one of the best places I've ever stayed at, with my family! Everything from the modern appliances, electronics, and bathrooms, to the gorgeous lake view - we were definitely spoiled! The owners are wonderful, honest, people, and have excellent communication! My 1 year old son enjoyed his own room "the kids" room with bunk beds and was able to watch his video! My elderly parents enjoyed their own room and bathroom, along with just sitting on the back covered patio. My husband and I enjoyed the conviences of home, and especially docking our jetski up on the pier right outside our door! The boat ramp was easy to access in and out of too. Mr. & Mrs. Saviano, THANK YOU very much for letting us use your condo for our much needed "Mini/Weekend Vacation!" We are definitely coming back! Sincerely, The Griffin Family

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful condo, just as pictured. The owners made us feel welcomed and where very nice to deal with. Relax and enjoy the comfortable stay. I loved the 4 bunk beds with two small tv's w/ DVD players - do they understand kids or what. I can't say enough about the kitchen. The two full size beds really works, even though they are real close together - having the larger bed is so nice. Not sure if we will be in the area again, but if we are I would love to stay there again!
