Marbella Club at Palmas del Mar

An exclusive beach front residential community located within Palmas del Mar, a 2,700 acre master planned resort in Humacao, Puerto Rico. The southeast coast of the island of Puerto Rico provides a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful natural setting for this award-winning waterfront development. Idyllic views of the Caribbean Sea and the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore complement the architecture to create a unique community located only 45 miles from San Juan. The Marbella Club is easily accessible from all major US cities and is less than 3.5 hours from New York.

The Marbella Club is a quiet, romantic and relaxing private residential community with a special view of the Caribbean Sea. This beach-home synergy makes Marbella a very versatile place, where there is close attention to detail. The complex consist of five villa models characterized in circular five-level buildings, with an atrium-like garden in the center of each building. Less than 100 feet from the beach guests can enjoy two beautiful swimming pools with cascades and sunning decks, a warm jacuzzi and a BBQ area .

You can also relax and enjoy sharing with your peers a cup of the wine of your choice on the beautiful Wine cellar which transport you to a typical of a Spanish Wine Cellar, which is located on the basement of the Zaragosa Building. You can also stay fit by exercising in the gym located at the basement of the Alameda Building or by walking around Marbella Club and through the trails of the Palmas del Mar complex.

The exquisite tropical interior decorated apartment is on the third floor of the five story Alameda building. Once inside the apartment from all of its areas you can enjoy at day light of a relaxing view of the golf course holes, with an amazing background of natures landscaping and green mountains. During the afternoon you can enjoy of a beautiful sunset and during the night you can enjoy of a peaceful sight of nature and the distant lights that illuminate the mountains.

The apartment is located in the Alameda building, you park your car in an underground parking where you have direct access to the elevator, once you reach the first level, both beach and pool are less that 200 feet. Few projects offer the opportunity of being so close to the beach.

The rental is a spacious two bedroom apartment with family and dining room, full kitchen and terrace.

We acquired this property to enjoy a "great scape"from the day to day routine in San Juan. We found the property location unique and the sorroundings great to spend time with our kids.

The property has a beautiful view to the golf course and the mountains which include El Yunque. Breakfast at the terrace is a relaxing exoerience. Afternoons are also spectacular!!!

    • Our family stayed here for spring break March 2009. It was what we were looking for. A quiet and relaxing vacation. The pools and the beaches were never crowded or noisy. The condo itself was clean and very well maintaned. It lived up to its expectations.The owner was also very easy to work with. We are hoping to return one day.

    • We enjoyed a wonderful stay at unit 435 Marbella Club at Palmas. The apartment was beautifully decorated (including a special holiday touch for the christmas season) and very well equipped. The location was perfect, with lovely views of the mountains, plenty of natural light and fresh air, and an easy walk to the pool and ocean. Everything was very clean, which we were very appreciative of. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the space. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely return if the opportunity comes again.
