The Summit Condominium Resort boasts 600 feet of the world famous beach along the edge of the Gulf Of Mexico's Emerald Green Water with sugar white sands and is just waiting for Panama City Beach Vacationers to enjoy!

This unit has been recently updated with new paint, new furniture, new bed linens and towels and is supplied with everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils and ice maker. You have a new coffeemaker and toaster. There is a stacked washer and dryer. A must if you have kids! Just be sure to bring your own beach towels. Come stay for a while!

The Summit does not allow pets. But check out my other listing (#82790) where small pets are welcome!

Vacation Rental Features
Amenities	Air Conditioning Washer: Stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Saves you the hassle of going to the pay laundromat. Dryer: Stacked washer and dryer in the unit. A must when you have kids. Linens Provided: Bed linens and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Off Street Parking: You get maximum of 2 parking passes with this 1 bedroom unit. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer Elevator (4): 4 elevators, 2 in the center of the building and one on each end.
Beds	King Bed: King bed in the bedroom. Bunk Bed: Twin bunk beds built in to the hallway with safety ladder for the top. Convertible Bed: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (2): Cable tv. DVD VCR (2) Shared Hot Tub (2) Shared Pool (2): 2 hot tubs outdoors and 1 on the inside. Sauna: 2 saunas, 1 for men, 1 for women
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes, cooking utensils, cookware. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator: with icemaker Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill (4): on the ground floor at each end of the building. Balcony: Private balcony facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, overlooking the hot tubs and Bikini Bobs Restaurant.
View/Location	Beachfront: Magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico! The sunsets are to die for. Oceanfront: Just walk out the boardwalk past the pool deck and your toes are in the sand!
Communications	Telephone (2): Free local calls, please bring your cell phone or calling card for long distance calls. WiFi (Wireless Internet): In the Internet Cafe. Computers available also in the internet cafe on the ground floor.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed: But check my other listing. Kid Friendly: Playground on the beach, 2 kiddie pools, ice cream shop. Not suitable for kids during Spring Break. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 21 to make reservations and stay the entire rental period. Cannot check in without the 21 year old present. Smoking Not Allowed: Please smoke on the balcony only.
