The Summit Condominium Resort boasts 600 feet of the world famous beach along the edge of the Gulf Of Mexico's Emerald Green Water with sugar white sands and is just waiting for Panama City Beach Vacationers to enjoy!
This is a 10th floor unit with amazing views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. (thanks Ashley!)
This unit has been recently updated with new paint, new furniture, new bed linens and towels and is supplied with everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils and ice maker. You have a new coffeemaker and toaster. There is a stacked washer and dryer. A must if you have kids! Just be sure to bring your own beach towels. Come stay for a while!

***The Summit requires minimum age of 21 and primary renter must be present during the entire booking period. The damage deposit during Spring Break is $500 and is refunded as soon as the unit is cleaned and checked for losses/damages. $200 Deposit during the rest of the year. No smoking inside condo. You may smoke on the balcony only. The Summit charges $15 registration fee, $35 during Spring Break. The Summit does not allow pets.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 21 to make reservations and stay the entire rental period. Cannot check in without the 21 year old present.
