Pool heater available for those cooler Miami nights will be turned on per request. ($100/wk extra. Takes time to heat up.) The pool fence with gate is a must for small children.
Baby Friendly: Crib, Pack & Play, Stroller and high chair.
Special Feature: My neighbor next door also rents her pool home on VRBO/156383 and with both homes you can sleep up to 14 people.

Why the Owner Chose Miami
This is more than a vacation home - this is my second home which you will find is well appointed and has loads of art for you to enjoy. There is everything you need in this home to fix a wonderful meal and enjoy having it in the pool/patio!
The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the things I like most about my home is the "split plan" where the master bedroom is at one end of the house and the three guest rooms at the other end. And the patio is huge which makes it very comfortable for larger groups to enjoy the outdoors.
Not far from the Bay, the most enjoyable drive is by taking "Old Cutler Road" throught Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami and then off to Key Biscayne or South Beach.
Public Golf Course - 18 holes plus Mini Golf and Driving Range. Good Burgers and Beer, etc.
Great shops and great food. In the Center and across the street there is an Outback! Yum! Also, just down the street is the Briar Bay Golf Course. Public Executive 9 Hole Course.
All your big stores and chains. Best discount shopping is at the "Dolphin Mall" which is "F"

I hail from the Land of Lakes - Minnesota! When I was working for McGraw-Hill my husband and I wanted to transfer to Florida. An opening came up in Miami and off we went! I love to play golf and enjoy the "warm winters". No more chipping ice on the car or waiting for it to warm up. I have a second home in Annapolis, Maryland and enjoy living in both homes when I am not traveling - which I tend to do alot.
