  We stayed in this home in May 2013 when our son was graduating from a local university. Family members were flying into Miami from various states and we thought it would be nice to stay in a home rather than going to separate hotel rooms. It couldn't have been any more enjoyable! What a great house in which to gather! We loved the pool area, which is quite extensive with plenty of chairs and beach towels. Also, a portion of the pool deck is covered so when those frequent (but of short duration) south Florida showers hit, it didn't keep us from spilling onto the deck to visit! What was particularly amazing to me (and we have rented many homes in the past) was how well-appointed the kitchen was...oh my goodness! Every conceivable piece of kitchen equipment was there for us to use...including a VERY large coffee maker (the type you put out at a meeting/party). This was particularly useful since all eight of us are coffee-drinkers :-) What I hadn't seen before was the well-stocked cabinet of spices for our cooking needs...a pleasant surprise. Actually, we wanted for nothing during our three-night stay (ages ranged from 22 to 80 years old). The beds were comfortable for everyone felt as if they were "home". I would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Pat, for your prompt answering of my questions before we arrived and quick return of my security deposit afterward. Most of all, thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

  We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool. We made day trips to Miami Beach, Key Largo, and the Everglades. The house supplied everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you very much!

  Our family came from all over the world for a wedding and six of us stayed here and didn't ever want to leave. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we could need. It is a beautiful home. I loved taking an outside shower every day of our stay in March. Quite a treat for this Alaskan! Thanks for everything Patricia.

  We rented this house as well as the next door neighbor's house for our son's wedding. Both owners were very welcoming, showing us all the features of the houses and where to find everything we'd need. We had an incredibly good experience with both of the houses and would highly recommend either one.

  This is a wonderful property to stay in. My husband, two young children and my parents recently rented this house for a week and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and a fabulous pool and outside patio to enjoy the fabulous Miami weather. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to cook fabulous meals. We will definitely rent here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Miami. Thanks Pat!

  This rental is highly recommended! The house is roomy, the pool and patio are great and the grounds are beautiful. We arrived on Dec. 21st and stayed through the 27th. The house is conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owner was very helpgul in getting us in the house and answered any questions we had promptly. The house was very clean and well maintened when we arrived, everything needed for the stay was clean and accessible. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for this type of accomodation in Miami. We plan to use it again when we return!

  As I was picking up pool toys I was thinking about how I could plan another trip to Florida so we could stay in this lovely home again. And it is a home, welcoming, comfortable, stocked with everything one might need. There was room for us, our adult children, and grandchildren without feeling we were on top of each other. The patio and pool are spectacular. We have rented home in the past and the entire family agreed that this was the best!

  It's been a wonderful memories of our family summer vacation made in Miami staying in this house, not just the facilities provided, but also, we specially like the cultural atmosphere of this house filled with such as the paintings on the wall, books and music...etc., thank you Pat, everything in your house made us like we've been back to our home here. we defintely love to come back for our next vacation and highly recommend your pretty house to our friends, thank you!

  PERFECT SPOT FOR A FAMILLY HOLLIDAY WITH KIDS FLYING IN FROM VARIOUS PLACES. WONDERFUL ACCOMODATING HOST. HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS AND EQUIPPED WITH EVERY IMAGINABLE AMENITY.
