  • I recently stayed over Thanksgiving weekend in Denver and was very impressed with Mike's condo. The condo was very well furnished with all the comforts of being at home. The views from his 18th floor balcony are incredible overlooking downtown and the mountains in the background. The location is tough to beat as you are within walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, and the light rail. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Denver area.

  • We did a photo shoot here and it was AMAZING! This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities anyone could need. The decor is lovely and added a nice modern, sophisticated look to my photographs. Mike's condo is not only pristine but we really felt very comfortable and at home there right away. It made the whole photo shoot fun and relaxed for all of us. And of course I have to mention the view from the balcony, WOW! I got some incredible pictures out there and it was just breathtaking to take a break out there looking over the whole city! The owner, Mike was very helpful and WONDERFUL to work with :) I know I will recommend this condo to everyone who needs a beautiful place to stay here in Denver. Thanks! We will be back!

  • Mark's condo is in immaculate condition. Incredible doesn't even begin to describe the view from the balcony. This condo is definitely luxurious! I would also recommend using the amenities; hot tub, grill, and heated pool. Nothing like a dip in the pool in the morning and sitting on the balcony for breakfast. I recommend a short walk to Jonesy's for breakfast on the weekends and dinner on the weekdays. This condo is in a prime spot and is definitely more up and coming than the highlands. I whole heartedly recommend this condo!!

  • We've stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and really enjoyed it. The interior is fancy and all the amenities for a long stay are available. The owner was very friendly and flexible. The location is central and very convenient. The computer room is available in the building and this is certainly helpful too. Will be glad to rent this apartment again if back in Denver.

  • We were very impressed with the condo's comfort and decor.The pool, hot tub and fitness room were an added plus. 100 Park Ave is near excellent restaurants (Stubens), and downtown shopping is only a 5 minute walk. We loved it and will stay again.

  • My wife and I stayed here and the place is a gem. We rode the ski train to Winter Park and did not want to drive home so we wanted to stay downtown. The owner of this unit was so very helpful in making our stay here absolutely awesome. The location is perfect and the views were great of the front range. There are nice places to shop near by (market, coffee house, florist, and supermarket).The unit has all the amenities that you could want and the underground parking was superb. The building has lots to offer to (pool, hot tub, businees center,workout room, and wi-fi). Staying here was very enjoyable and would recommend it to anybody for business or pleasure.
