This 2100 SF, beautiful Santa Fe Style home is located in the community of Sky Ranch just a few minutes from Hurricane, and 20 minutes from St. George.
The home includes three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, formal dining and a large living room with a fireplace and panoramic views of the Hurricane Cliffs.
For you pilots this is a “fly-in” community with its own run way. Each home has its own hanger.
This home is located close to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Quail Lake Reservoir, Dixie Springs Reservoir, easily drivable distance to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and other spectacular areas to hike and bike.
Just outside of Zion National Park is the quaint town of Springdale, UT. The streets of Springdale are lined with cute shops to visit and explore. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants available. Springdale also has its own outdoor amphitheater which features various types of entertainment.
Springdale also provides guided horseback riding and ATV adventures.
If you head west 15 minutes from Hurricane you will run into the vibrant city of St. George. Activities in St. George include St. George Musical Theater with its theater in the round, Tuachan Amphitheater, shopping galore, and more fabulous restaurants.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't even do it complete justice. Thank you so much, we loved the house, the landscaping was very pretty, and what a picturesque view. We really enjoyed coming home after days at Zion, Brice and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We were completely comfortable and enjoyed eating out on the back patio for breakfast and dinner because the scenery was just too pretty for us to eat inside. The beds were great too. We have stayed at several houses that we rented via VRBO and this one by far was the best. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hurricane. Thank you!!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay!! the house was immaculate and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. To my surprise, the gourmet kitchen had high end cookware which we loved. The grounds were well maintained and it was so cool to see the planes whiz by as we were having our morning coffee....even my sister and brother in law were amazed to see the planes fly in and out. Overall, the house was beautiful, clean, and couldn't have asked for more. For you runners, running outside along the main road was beautiful. My boyfriend and I ran one evening for 6miles and enjoyed the clean air and mountain view. I'd defiintely come back and stay here again!

Dear Andie,Here is the key to the house at Sky Ranch. It was perfect for us and we really enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and it had everything needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t there much, except to sleep. We will definitely rent it again.Thank you, Paula & Dave
