This newly redecorated two bedroom/two bath Condo, adjacent to the Arapahoe National Forest, is a top floor corner unit with vaulted ceilings and spectacular views out of our wall to wall windows. Lounge in front of the fire while watching the sun set or the snow fall.
The Condo is conveniently located near six major ski areas and Lake Dillon, making it perfect for both ski holidays and summer vacations. Free shuttle bus service is right out the front door. Arapahoe Basin - 13 miles, Breckenridge - 14 miles, Copper Mountain - 10 miles, Keystone - eight miles, and Vail and Beaver Creek - 35 miles.
The unit comfortably sleeps six with a king-size bed and whirlpool tub in the master suite, twin beds in the guest room and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The second bath has a steam shower and the complex has a hot tub pavilion. Additional amenities include hiking trails right out the door, free wifi, cable, a flat screen TV, DVD/stereo and a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill on the deck. Additionally it is very close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
At nearly 10,000 feet in elevation you will find the setting perfect for relaxation. This unit is our "home away from home" so you will find it as comfortable as we do.
