As a part of The Silvertip BBQ Restaurant, Ice Cream and Wildlife Photographic Gallery, the property offers a comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and a one bath with sleeping capacity of up to 8 people.

The unit also has a den and kitchen area. Access and use of the front or back deck areas that service the restaurant. Front decks offer street and people watching as well as dining, and south facing rear deck offers views of Yellowstone NP and the Yellowstone River. Discounts on restaurant and gallery items.

Centrally located at 505 Scott Street, four popular rafting/adventure companies are located within minutes walking distance. The Flying Pig Rafting Co. is right next door for outdoor gear needs. Fishing, hiking, camping, wildlife viewing and all the activities that Yellowstone National Park has to offer are just minutes away. If they are booked full, three other outfitters are available as well with in .5 mile of the Silvertip. They also arrange horseback riding, fishing, and camping adventures. Centrally located in Gardiner for easy access to the park or other activities in the Gardiner area. In the fall, elk hunting is popular in the area as well.
