Our family rented this condo at the last minute and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our dealings with Laura were top notch. She was very informative and quick to respond to us. The condo itself was quite quiet and the view was nice. We began our day on the patio and ended it there as well. Dolphins visited the marina area daily and the pools were a hit! Beaches, shops, groceries, churches, were all nearby.We ate at Lambert's and Lulu's, and bought fresh fish from Joe Patti's in Pensecola. These are a must! We loved having the spac eat the condo to spread out. The kitchen was large--many people could be in it without feeling crowded. Our family's favorites were the washer/dryer, numerous bathrooms, and the ice machine! When we first arrived, the condo was extremely dusty, probably from lack of activity. Due to my husband's severe allergies, we needed to dust and mop before we were able to settle in. Other than that, any maintainance issues were quickly taken care of. We did forget to mention that the patio lights were burnt out. I would suggest that the machines in the workout area be repaired or replaced. Many parts have fallen off and some are not in working order. The grounds were beautiful and the staff very friendly. All in all we had a great time and would recommend it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo was wonderful, safe, and perfect for a relaxing spring break! Five adults stayed there comfortably with plenty of room leftover--it's much bigger than the pictures make it look! Each bedroom has its own bath, the decor and kitchen are very nice, and the place is immaculately clean. The booking manager did an excellent job of responding to our questions. We also really enjoyed the condo's perfect pool and the view of the pass. I would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to stay there again next year!

My friend and I booked this condo for a trip away from it all! We loved this condo. The amount of space you have is great and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Recently stayed at the end of July with my family great condo very quiet and family friendly. Great place to stay if you bring your boat you can park it right there at the pier. My son caught several speckel trout at night fishing on the pier. Will stay here again great place.

Just got back from our trip, 7 nights. The condo was everything the pictures show and more. Nicely decorated and master bedroom, bath and walk in closet are wonderful. Just a short drive to beach (under 10 min). Will book this again!!!
