A GREAT CHALET

This chalet was, by far, one of the most organized we have ever rented. We quickly noticed, by its immaculate condition and cleanliness, that the owner has great pride in this property. It's in an excellent location for access to Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat and Black Mountain, which gave us all the skiing we needed for our abilities. Also, its proximity to the North Conway outlet shopping met my mother-in-law's and wife's needs. Everything in the chalet works well and there is ample space for privacy and family activities. The outdoor hot tub was a very enjoyable relaxation after the days of skiing. The view from the deck was inspiring and the light dusting of snow made the surroundings look even nicer. This is definitely a chalet which we have bookmarked and we'll keep it on the short-list of our highly preferred vacation rentals.

This place was perfect! Comfy couches, nice outdoor hot tub, gorgeous views, great master bedroom temperpedic mattress(soft sheets provided!), beautiful master suite, super clean every where, lovely neighborhood. Plenty of space for all five of us to spread out and enjoy(teenagers). Not enough snow to ski Attatash w kids, went to Cranmore instead...5 min drive, it was great. One of the few places around with beginner slopes open that week[no snow anywhere:( ] Had everything we needed to cook a New Years dinner. Felt like a home. Neighbor across street gave us our own personal fireworks display! loved it all. We have been renting vacation homes twice a year for over ten years...top three by far!

Furnishings/Appliances/Amenities - 5 Again, it was like being home...had everything you could need. 4.) Value - 5 Great Place. We, as a family of 5, have stayed in house rentals for winter + summervacations for over 10 years, your house is in the top three. 5.)I would recommend this chalet to close friends and relatives. - 5 Definitely!!

We were not disappointed on our recent return visit to this property. The rental is first class in all respects - house is immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beautiful location is both quiet and private. Thanks Joe and Jean for the perfect getaway.

This home was excellent for 4 adults and is very well maintained. It is well stocked (kitchen supplies) and lots of tvs (in both bedrooms and upstairs living room and downstairs den). The views of the mountains are excellent especially from well maintained hot tub spa and deck. The location is EXCELLENT as it is central to many White Mountain attractions. Close to N Conway so many good resturants and grocery stores are near by. The owner met us upon arrival-- which was very nice and he returned my deposit within two weeks. He also returned an item that we left behind-- which we greatly thank him for. This is a place you should stay if you stay in the white mountains and want to rent a home for upto 4 adults.

An absolute prime property with tremendous views. My wife and I spent our birthday weekend here and had a tremendous time. We've been to this area many times and this is our favorite place so far. The house is spacious and well-equipped with the best of the best. It's minutes from North Conway for dining and shopping or head in the opposite direction to Mt. Washington and some great sight-seeing! You really can't go wrong with this one.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We stayed at this property for a week around the 4th of July holiday. The property is in a good location near Mt. Washington north of the North Conway shopping strip. This allows visitors to avoid the traffic in that area when going to outdoor activities. There are plenty of restaurants located nearby. The property is very well maintained and clean. The views were as advertised. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The property owners were very professional and our deposit was returned in close to a week after our stay ended.

We stayed here the first week of October 2009 and were lucky enough to catch the foliage at peak and had perfect weather as well. The house is incredible and provided a true home away from home experience. We will definetley return to this wonderful place.

We stayed here the end of September. The 180 degree view of the mountains is spectacular. The house is lovely, very clean and comfortable,furnished with every amenity with TLC by the owners. The area is very quiet, yet within a 10-30 minute drive of all White Mountains attractions. Our security deposit was returned promptly.

We were up there the last week of August and were fortunate to have great weather. The chalet offered a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, including Mt. Washington. The house was everything we could have imagined: very clean, a fully equipped kitchen, large master bdrm, jacuzzi on the wrap around deck, air hockey in the basement, and a quiet dead end street. The location would be ideal for all varieties of vacations. We enjoy the great outdoors, so we hiked and biked and paddled down the Saco River. We have already recommended this relaxing get-a- way to friends and hope to return in the near future.
