Just 2.5 miles east of Seaside, you can relax and unwind here within sight of and only steps away from the white sand and emerald green waters. Wrap-around porches on both levels provide the perfect setting for enjoying the fragrant gulf breezes and beautiful vistas.

Inside, you will discover colorful decorative touches to add a festive feel to your special get-away. Ground floor includes a large great room, dining area and kitchen, plus a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, which is ideal for anyone needing first floor accommodations.

On the second floor, you will find the large master suite with a King bed and access to the wrap around porch with a pool view.
The kids' bunk room, with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 trundle beds, sleeps 6 and has a view of the ocean. The top floor observation area provides astounding views of the surrounding community and panoramic views of the Gulf, as well as breathtaking sunset views and stargazing opportunities. The crowning touch to this home's appeal is the private pool with adjoining spa (pool can be heated for add. charge) and spacious (1000 square foot) surrounding pool deck.

Lots of room for your family and friends to enjoy quality time together, with a grilling area provided. Enjoy the 13 mile, paved bike path that leads you to neighboring communities like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, and Rosemary. We have ample parking (4 cars)- great for groups who have multiple vehicles. Only 150 yards to the Beach, with no busy highway to cross (we're South of 30-A) and no long boardwalk or steep steps to deal with. Sat-Sat rental. Access to State Park within walking distance.

  • What a great find! The is a great beach house for your family vacation. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and the gaming system that is provided. The house is only a short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed having a pool to also relax in. The house has a well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking some meals in. Christie was soooo helpful with all of the details. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

  • We had a great time during our stay during the first week of August. The house is a short walk from the beach and the wrap around decks are great for reading and watching the sunset. The kids enjoyed the pool and games in the bunk room. The house was very clean and Christie is a great host to work with while working out the details. I'll be back. Randy

We also loved the Sea Grove area. It's close to so many good restaurants and shopping. I have already recommended it to several friends!

  • Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful time at this clean, comfy home in April '09! Having our "own" pool was great for the kids. Close, simple walk to the beautiful beach and very accommodating owner. Enjoyed preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen and having extras available like a small cooler and beach chairs! Local company delivers bikes, and we had a great time biking in both directions to Seaside for fried pickles and Alys Beach. Very safe and quiet area, yet close to it all if you want a lively night out. A+ vacation working with an A+ owner!! Thank you Christie!
