family-friendly, 3 BR/3 BA home. Enjoy the fragrant gulf breezes from the two wrap-around porches, or while lounging beside the private, heated pool. You can relax and unwind here, within sight of, and only steps away from the powdery white sand and emerald green waters.
The short, 150 yard walk to the beach is on a flat and quiet sidewalk. There is NO BUSY HIGHWAY TO CROSS (we are south of Hwy. 30A)and there are NO STEPS OR LONG BOARDWALK to deal with. The beach walk is flat all the way into the sand, and we provide a stroller and large wagon to make transporting kids and beach equipment even easier.
Inside, you will discover colorful decorative touches to add a festive feel to your special get-away. Ground floor includes a large great room, dining area and kitchen, plus a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, which is ideal for anyone needing first floor accommodations.
On the second floor, you will find the large master suite with a King bed and access to the wrap around porch with a pool view.
The kids' bunk room, with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 trundle beds, sleeps 6 and has a view of the ocean. The top floor observation area provides astounding views of the surrounding community and panoramic views of the Gulf, as well as breathtaking sunset views and stargazing opportunities. The crowning touch to this home's appeal is the private pool with adjoining kiddie pool (pool can be heated for add. charge) and spacious (1000 square foot) surrounding pool deck with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining table with umbrella that seats 6. There are new Bose outdoor speakers and an ipod docking station inside so you can listen to your favorite tunes inside or out by the pool!

Why the Owner Chose Seagrove Beach East
We chose Seagrove for its beauty and laid back family atmosphere. You may prefer to spend every day of your vacation relaxing beside the crystal clear blue ocean on the powdery white sand, or you could stay busy enjoying the many amenities in Seagrove and the neighboring communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, or Grayton. A few things we enjoy are shopping, tennis, golf, restaurants, fishing, and water sports. Our family's favorite activity is riding bikes on the 19 mile paved bike path back and forth to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary etc. Ask about using our bikes if you're interested. There are plenty of activities for all ages!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is only 150 yards to the beach and is a very short and easy walk. For those who like to push strollers or pull wagons to the beach, it's great because there are no steps to climb up or down and no long boardwalk to cross - just a flat and easy stroll on a sidewalk.
We have a stroller, beach buggy and large wagon to help with the walk.
There is no public parking near our beach access, so the beach does not get very crowded since it's mainly only residents or guests of the area walking to the beach.
I have worked hard to ensure that our beach house is very family friendly. We provide a pack 'n play (with sheet), stroller, bouncy seat, side rail for little ones' beds and booster feeding seat for our younger renters to use. We have a very fun kids' bunk room that sleeps 6 and has over 35 kid appropriate DVD's, childrens books and toys.
Our private, heated pool is perfect for your enjoyment when you need a break from the beach. There is an attached spa that younger children love to play in because it's smaller and shallow, and has a litte wrap around bench. I also have a cooler, a large wagon, several beach chairs, a large beach buggy, and beach toys for your use.
We have 2 wrap around porches and an observation tower that provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the oceanview and have cocktails (or your morning coffee) while watching the spectacular sunsets.
Our home sleeps up to 12: there is a large Master BR with a king size bed and a balcony that overlooks the pool. The kids' bunk room has 2 bunk beds and 2 trundle beds and has a balcony with an oceanview. The downstairs guestroom has a Queen bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool. We also have a couch bed in the den that pulls out into a queen bed. And don't forget we provide a pack 'n play if you have a baby!

This house has everything you would want in a house. Colorful furniture, a spacious master suite, and every bedroom has it's own bathroom! For babies, there is an easy-to-set-up Pack n' Play! The pool was a perfect place to relax, and we al enjoyed eating burgers, shrimp, and hot dogs at the table and chairs that were et set up by the pool! I brought children and they all enjoyed the beachy bunkroom and watching many of the kid-friendly DVD's and playing with the toys and books provided. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and we would love to come back in the future.

My boyfriend and I wanted a place that was secluded, quiet and close to the beach for our spring getaway. That describes "Luna Del Mar" perfectly. We spent a wonderful week in this spacious home that's expertly decorated. Renting a larger house than we needed made us feel like we were in our own home. The master bedroom and bath is large, airy and private with its own second floor porch overlooking the pool. The house is tucked away between a couple of neighbors and is walking distance to the beach. It is far from the crowds but close to restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the third floor outdoor landing where you can gaze at the stars, listen to the ocean and sip a glass of wine. It was also great to have a pool in the backyard where we could relax. There's a nice table and chairs next to the pool where you could have lunch or dinner. Christie is great to work with. She was always accessible and very accommodating. Whether it's just the two of you or an entire family, this Seagrove Beach house is just what you're looking for.

The house was fantastic! Located in a quiet area between Destin and Panama City Beach. We saw gorgeous sunsets and dolphins almost daily. My four friends and I rented it for a girls getaway for my 50th birthday. We had a blast. We didn't want to leave. My family and I have rented houses in the area before; this is my favorite. It exceeded my expectations. Christie, you were wonderful to work with and I would love to rent the house in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Christie, just wanted to thank you for the use of your home on our vacation. It was a week of rest & relaxation, which is what my wife and I REALLY needed. The home was beautiful as the pictures show. The pool was awesome and the beach was a short walk away. We got to see the sun rises and the sunsets on the beach. We just got back from spending three weeks at this wonderful home in Seagrove and we didn't want to leave! And I say "home" because it really is a comfortable home. Christie was amazing before, during and after our three weeks there. I highly recommend it! It's only a few yards from the beach, has an amazing pool and spa, and is so close to anything you want to visit along 30A. The neighborhood is quiet. There are no "rental surprises" for this property (which is so reassuring) and Christie was available to us even when she was on her own vacation! Thank you Christie! If you will have us, we'll be back in the future!

If you are looking for a home away for home you have found it! My husband and I along with 4 children just returned from a week long stay at this wonderful house. We have vacationed in the area for many years; however, this would have to be our favorite house so far. The house is exactly as described. The beach access is not far and is a nice walk. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house was extremely clean which is very important to me. The children loved the bunk bed room and the roof deck area. Of course, the pool was the biggest hit. We spent more time at the house and pool than we did at the beach. Another plus was the owner. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful house.

Our family of 5 just spent 3 nights at this lovely beach house in Seagrove. It really was a great house and spot for a family with young kids. We used the wagon (and beach toys) and walked a couple of blocks to the beach each day. A bonus was that the beach access was flat (no steps to climb down with small children). We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and riding the bikes provided. I chose this house because the owner was so friendly, and I could tell she wanted us to get the most out of our vacation.
