Definitely a home away from home. Our Family stayed for the Christmas break and we had a blast, the weather was nice (For the winter) beach was great. This condo had everything you needed while away from home. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil imaginable, rooms were huge the view was excellent. We would recommend this place for any family and Navarre Beach is awesome, white sand beaches, sunrises and sunsets were outstanding. The gift basket was a welcoming surprise, thanks Lynn The Nauta Family Dec 2011

What does it say about a property and its owners when families return again and again; well we too have returned to “Serenity” with our family. My previous review (June 2010) will give a feeling for the property as all I can tell you is: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean, we have yet to find anything close to its beauty in the Pensacola/Navarre area. One of my favorite memories from this year’s vacation is waking up to watch the dolphins from our balcony. Every morning we watched a pod of dolphins (up to 7 dolphins at one point) spend about a half hour or so feeding roughly 100 yards off shore. Every time we come down we find something new and this year’s visit was no exception. If you like soft serve ice cream you must visit the Twist, it’s a very unique soft serve ice cream experience that you won’t soon forget; it’s just across the bridge behind TC’s Front Porch. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer!! Thanks again Lynn and Dan for another memorable vacation, we will definitely be back.

Lynn & Dan we've been home for a week from our 4th stay in your Navarre Beach Regency Condo and we are still missing it. Once again it exceeded all of our expectations. After just recently having back surgery and being out of commission for 6 months Greg, the kids & I desperately needed some time away from home and we knew just where to go!!! The best 7 nights of sleep I have had in months were had that week!! It was just like returning to our own vacation home again. 17 other family members were also at the Recency with us and they were all jealous of our accomodations. Thanks for making everything so perfect for us. We will be calling soon to reserve our week for 2012 vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo very much. The condo is every bit as nice as the pictures show and is in a perfect location. The condo was especially clean and was very well stocked with everything you could possibly want. There was even a very large welcome basket waiting for us in the refrigerator. We love Navarre Beach and definitely plan to return to the area. The only downside for us was that we accidently left a small ice chest that was very sentimental to my husband. I spoke with Lynn and asked if she could possibly return it to us (at our expense). She assured me she would return it to us, but we have never received it.

What a beautiful property! It really felt like home. Very tastefully decorated and everything was very comfortable- even the sleeper sofa! There was plenty of room for our family of four and our kids two friends. We even had enough room when my sister and her little ones came to visit for a few days. The beach was beautiful! The weather was very cool a couple of days and on those days we made one trip to Pensacola and watched the Blue Angels perform and toured the museum and lighthouse. That was a great and cheap excursion! Another day we went into to Destin and rode go-karts, ate a great meal at the Crab Trap and did a little shopping. We rented bikes one day and rode down towards Pensacola about 5 miles. Once you get past civilization there are a lot of awesome whole seashells lying around. The rest of the days we were relaxing at the beach or pool. Even though the pool seemed cold to me, the kids didn't mind at all. Walking to the pier was also something we did a couple of times- beautiful during the day and night. The welcome basket was a very nice touch and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Overall a wonderful experience! We would definitely love to return some day!

We enjoyed "serenity" during Thanksgiving 2010. The experience was outstanding and unit #201 was home away from home. The furnishings are both comfortable and beautiful and the beach is glorious. We didn't have to think of a thing! We were greated with a beautiful gift basket and bottle of wine to start enjoying from the minute we got there. Thank you to our VRBO hosts and we will certainly stay here again when our travels take us to Navarre Beach!

This is our second stay at "Serenity" condo-this stay was just as good as the first! Dan & Lynn have a beautiful condo and they have included everything you could want for your stay. It's like a home away from home. Navarre Beach is a peaceful place to stay-the beach is relaxing and the new pier is very nice to walk out on and enjoy the view. The pass between Navarre and Pensacola is beautiful. My husband and I rode our bikes to Pensacola and back on the bike path. We ate breakfast several times at the Sailors Grill. We definitely will be coming back to stay again!

We walked into the condo to a beautiful view of the Gulf. What a way to start our stay!!! The unit was as comfortable as our own home. We planned on cooking in the lovely kitchen, and did several meals, but we could not resist the tempting offers at Sailor's Grill. We also visited the snack bar at the end of the new pier. The beach was beautiful. We plan on returning to the Regency. There's no place like home, but this is the next best thing!

Having previously lived in and around Pensacola for a few years I know the area well and can speak to the hidden beauty of Navarre Beach. Pensacola Beach is very commercial and Navarre Beach is a throwback to early sea side towns I knew from my childhood. Navarre Beach is very quiet and very well maintained....oh, and NO oil or tar balls either. The condo has everything you could possibly need to make your vacation a memorable one and that doesn't yet pay homage to the beauty of this property. Dan an Lynn have a beautiful condo facing the gulf and what a view; both the living room and the master bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding doors that open to a huge balcony. The view from the balcony is impressive, the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer is also a nice feature as this allows you to pack lighter. The pool is a nice place to relax when you have spent too much time in the Gulf; it was never too crowded and everything was very well maintained. The Navarre pier opened while we were there and it’s a great place to get a line in the water or just walk on for the view (the pier extends over 1500 feet from the beach). The beach road from Navarre to Pensacola has been completed since my last visit to this area and this allows you to drive to Pensacola in about 30 minutes. My family and I already miss the beach; however we have some wonderful memories and you will too. If you read the reviews they have a common theme: Serenity is by far the most inviting place for you next vacation, you will not disappointed. We are already taking about our next vacation and we will be coming back to Serenity again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo in September, and we will definitely go back. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has been updated with nice maple cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. The high end king size mattress had us sleeping like babies. The owners have went out of their way to make this condo comfortable, and to make you feel like you are in your own home. The pool was well maintained, and it is a decent size. If you stay here at Navarre, you can ride your bike or drive along the Gulf Islands National Seashore between Navarre Beach and Pensicola Beach. It is absolutely beautiful. Navarre Beach offers the best of both worlds. It is not crowded and congested like the beaches around it, and yet it is conveniently located. It is a short drive from Destin, Ft. Walton Beach and Pensacola Beach. The owners were so easy to work with, and they have provided all kinds of restaurant menus in the condo. However, the kitchen is so well stocked that you can cook in the condo and not go anywhere if you do not feel like it. We had not stayed in the Panhandle before, and we feel lucky to have discovered this condo at Navarre Beach.

We stayed in unit #201 this August and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and beautifully appointed condo. Dan and Lynn did a spectacular job making this one of the best condo units on Navarre and making their guest feel at home.

This was our first trip back to Navarre since Hurricane Ivan. We were so glad to be back visiting our favorite spot on the gulf. We have stayed at the Regency before, but Lynn & Dan Zehr's condo is the best! We found everything to be VERY CLEAN! Serenity is both very well furnished and comfortable. The view is awesome!! If you are planning a trip to beautiful Navarre, call Dan & Lynn.

We returned home yesterday after spending a week in Dan & Lynn's condo #201 at the Regency. We all woke up sad to be home this morning!! We have vacationed at the beach for the past 16 years and this was the very best vacation we've ever had mostly because we were in this wonderful condo. This is the 4th different unit we have rented at the Regency and the BEST without question. Lynn takes tremendous pride in the condo. It is beautifylly decorated, comfortable, well equipped and above all else extremly clean. Twenty members of our family stayed at the Regency this past week and they were all jealous of our condo. The sisters are going to try to steal it from us for next year but we won't allow that!! We have truly found our home away from home and hope to vacation in this condo for the next 20 years if we are blessed with good fortune to be able to. Thanks Dan & Lynn for being part of this wonderful vacation. Anyone thinking about renting this unit we can guarantee that you will not be disappointed in any way. The pictures are beautiful but definately do not do it justice. Greg, Susan, Kayla & Wesley Bowling Charlestown, Indiana

If you were going to vacation in the Navarre Beach area take a look at Lynn and Dan's Regency Beach Condo. It is a very nice end unit (making it very bright) spacious, well appointed and clean. It has a large balcony where you can have breakfast while watching dolphins or just sit and relax looking out at the beautiful beach. The building itself is kept very well with a nice pool area and a very convenient walkway (no stairs) over the dunes to the beach. We stayed for a month in early spring and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Barry, June and Nancy

Spring Break 2008; The condo is lovely - one of the best (maybe the best) we've rented. We'll be back. Growing up spending 2-3 weeeks/yr on the East Coast (Ormond, Flagler, Daytona, Ponce Inlet). This Gulf life has been a change over the past three or so years we've come here. I'm not converted yet, but getting close. We had a great time in a great condo - Thanks

We cannot say enough about this wonderful condo. Lynn was very helpful in supplying us the information needed to locate places to eat and fun things to do. She was very helpful in the many times we had to contact her prior to our trip. The pictures do not do this condo justice. When we arrived and unlocked the door we were amazed when walking in. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Everything was clean and we loved the decor. We have already recommended this condo to several people and hope that we will be able to travel and stay again soon. My parents stayed in the master bedroom and they are in their mid 70's and slept so good that Lynn is helping us track down the mattress so they can purchase one for their home. We cannot thank them enough for the help and how pleasant they made our trip to Florida. The views of the ocean and hearing the waves hit the shore every night reminded us of being back in Wilmington NC where we lived by the beach for 5 years. We cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had and what a wonderful place we were able to stay in. You will thouroughly enjoy your stay if you stay in condo 201. Thanks for the basket of goodies. It made us feel very welcomed. We were there for a week for my neices wedding on the beach. What a beautiful place to have a wedding. Very private and what beautiful pictures and memories we have. Thank you so much.
