The property has a premier setting. It is located adjacent to the Golf Course and acres of Nature Reserve. The grounds are gorgeous! Walking distance from your door step: there is miles of level sandy Beach, the Marina for fine or casual dining, Plaza Mexicana for grocery shopping.
From the unit enjoy spectacular sunsets over the ocean. It is fully furnished with a washer and dryer, range and refrigerator, microwave, TV and phone. On-site amenities include; the infinity swimming pool over 1/4 mile in length, work out room, spa, tennis courts, basketball court, mini-market and gorgeous gardens. Within a few blocks of the Bay View Grand, you can see live entertainment or dine at the Marriot Hotel and Vellas. The water is purified in the Marina area.

Why the Owner Chose Marina Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta is one of the most beautiful and fun places we have ever been. For years we would travel through Mexico and always find ourselves back in PV. The mix of culture and relaxation could not be matched by any other place.

We wake up to the gentle crashing of the waves and walk out on to the balcony to watch the sun take its place high in the sky for the day. Breakfast is on the balcony with the morning sun, fresh fruit, and a spectacular view of the mountains coming down to meet the ocean in Banderas bay. We then grab the sun block and head to the beach making the hard decision between whether to lie at the pool or on the sand. After a day of beach volley ball and pick up beach soccer with intermission in the pool, we grab our tennis rackets for a late afternoon set. After tennis its back to the unit to watch the rays of light glistening over the water as the sun slowly disappears over the horizon. We then get dressed and take a short walk to the Marina where we take our pick from the many gourmet restaurants that look out on the sail boats lights, as we hear the mariachi’s songs in the distance. We then head into town for some evening excitement and stroll down the boardwalk for exotic food, amazing art, and live entertainment. As we return to the unit and lay down for the night, thoughts turn to the decisions of the following day, should we go golfing or go fishing, should we go jet skiing or parasailing; decisions decisions.
