Stay in our luxurious authentic log home that was built in 2004 in the most desirable area close to the village that is known for its "small town" atmosphere. Locally owned shops, restaurants, art galleries, concerts in the park & theatre are a few of the things to do in this quaint & friendly village.
This private vacation home is approximately 3000 sq. ft. w/ high ceilings & open floor plan. Has spacious bedrooms, loft & large windows with views. Double glass French doors in the kitchen, living room & master bedroom that leads to an extra sun filled large deck. Perfect for entertaining!
All rooms are tastefully decorated for the discriminating taste.
Open & spacious great room has a large river rock fireplace and wood interior with soaring ceilings. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom with double sink and a jacuzzi tub. Large dining area and open kitchen with extensive use of granite counters & breakfast bar. Open & spacious kitchen with top of the line built-in kitchen appliances (dishwasher, stove, oven & microwave)
We supply everything from sheets, towels, paper products and a fully stocked kitchen (except for food). We provide fresh flowers throughout the home, fruit basket, bottled water & more! We thrive to be the best.
This special home was chosen as a location set for a movie called "Tranquility".
The village is about a mile away & have wonderful cafes & restaurants. Close by is the nature walk/hiking trail with the creek running by. Idyllwild has many exciting and diverse mountain trails that provide hikers of different skills and ages to take the opportunity to enjoy majestic views and breathtaking sceneries.
Nestled in the San Jacinto mountains and set among tall pines, sweet smelling cedars, this "island in the sky" is a place to unwind & enjoy nature. It's legendary Tahquitz & Suicide Rocks attracts beginners as well as seasoned rock climbers. Minutes away are Lake Hemet & Lake Fulmar for fishing. Come and experience the peace and quiet mountain living at it's best.

It is furnished with the best quality furnishings. We enjoy the walks in the Nature Hiking/Walking Trails & the creeks a few yards away. Thank you so much Eden for sharing your special home with us. We were visiting from out of state so you have to take your chances with the owners being truthful with their internet listings. Eden your home is warm and inviting. When you arrive you realize that you are "home". Everything you need is there from the kitchen to the bed and bath rooms. Everything is first class. We enjoyed relaxing out on the deck and watching the beauty of nature around us. The fresh flowers all around the house and fruit basket we a nice added addition. Eden we could tell how much you love this beautiful home by the care you have taken in every room. We felt at home, and hope to return one day soon! Just spend a fantastic weekend in the house and had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, lovely and well furnished. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. The owner was very accommodating, with date changes, etc. She made us feel very welcome and was great to work with.

Our visit to this chalet was a delight. It is located in the most desirable area to experience the solitude and beauty of the San Jacinto Mountains, yet so close to the village. It fits perfectly into the giant boulder strewn forest just footsteps away. We enjoyed the elegant rustic comforts of this cozy sunlit home with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms with exquisite travertine and granite. Lingering in the spa and gazing into the forest was a special treat. Having our meals on the grand deck looking up the jagged peaks and listening to the wilderness sounds was actually enthralling. We look forward to visiting this wholesome and luxurious home - which is so superior to all the chalets we have visited in Switzerland, Austria and Germany - soon again.

The house was amazing. It has a big and spacious living room with a high-ceiling. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with amenities. The house really gives you a mountain-like feeling which is great for a relaxing weekend. It's perfect for a big family or a group of couples. I'll definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

We stayed there for the weekend right before Christmas. The owner met us there and really made our stay comfortable. There's fresh flowers around the house and even a large fruit basket for us. The house is really big and spacious. It felt warm and cozy, my family really enjoyed staying there. Thank you!!
