  Wow what an awesome view! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!! We were actually really surprised with how well the home was stocked; everything we needed was there. It was truly a treat. The whole rental experience and stay could not have been better. We sure hope to stay again soon.

  Spent the week of July 7th through the 14th and had an awesome time! We were there in 2006 and the place was so warm and welcoming as we remembered! Can't wait to go again!!! Love the views and the sounds of the ocean! Also really like the combo lock on the door! Don't have to remember a key and you never have to worry about getting locked out! We plan to return again soon!

  We rented this place for our family of four and my brother who came along. It is a very great rental. It's got fantastic views through the large picture windows and is in a great location on the boardwalk and close to Belmont Park and other businesses. The owner was great and easy to work with. This was our 3rd try at a Mission Beach rental and I think we found the one we will be going back to.

  The view is spectacular and space is roomy. We were down visiting colleges with my son and really enjoyed hanging out and enjoying the view. Has a real rustic and funky feel that we really enjoy and owner is very nice to work with. We highly recommend staying here.

  We had a great week. Renting a house as opposed to a hotel was a great decision. Your location is fantastic and we enjoyed the house and the view very much.

  As residents of AZ we spend 2 weeks each summer at this rustic beach cottage and it is truly a wonderful retreat. I have both teenagers and a toddler and find that there are activities for both age groups. This last trip included the usual sand castle making, seashell collecting, picnics on the beach, barbecues on the back deck with friends, surfing for my older son, a trip to Sea World, and a day at Belmont Park. The proximity to the beach is just footsteps away and the views/ocean breezes are simply the best. The fireplace is also nice to have on chilly nights to make smores with the little one and cuddle up to a good book. I highly recommend this rental for a family or romantic getaway.

  We stayed here with our 2 sons (4 yr, 2 yr) and they loved it. I can go to the beach with my 2 sons and my wife can see us from the comfort of house. Sunset view was awesome. House has all amenities that a family needs. House is very spacious too. We would come back to this house again for our next trip to San Diego.

  Our family loves the spectacular ocean view especially the sunsets and there is always something happening on the beach. Volleyball is a favorite. This vintage beach cottage is perfectly furnished from antiques to all the modern conveniences including music and new TV...it seems the owner has thought of everything. I really like being able to walk to the park and to lots of eating places for the grandchildren. The house is so comfortable it feels like home but the ocean takes you away. Just wish we lived closer!

  Me and my girlfriend go to the beach house once a year in the fall. It is our happy place. It is comfortable, cozy, and has all the ammenities you could need. If you can tear yourself away from the view out the big picture windows there is so much to do. We love to walk and bike ride on the boardwalk up and down the beach. The sunsets are stunning and the dolphins are always fun to watch. I would recommend thus place highly as a must go to destination.

  We had a great time and really enjoyed the comfort of your condo. The view and location were great. I was glad to find the kitchen was well equipped for whatever we needed. This was my first trip to San Diego and I really enjoyed it as did all in our party of 4. Thanks. I'm glad that we picked your place.
