Lovely Spanish style pool home with safety fence. Fenced in back yard with high hedges for privacy. Home is on a quite Cul de Sac street and offers loads of parking. Boat, motorhome, cars - they will all fit!
Dining area has a nice view of our unique pool. Grill your favorite food on our gas grill. Outdoor tables and chairs will more than accommodate your group. Screened pool cage will keep you comfortable from those nasty mosquitoes.
Deering Bay Estates is 5 minutes from this house. Attending a wedding, you can't be closer than this home. They also offer tours, canoe and kayak rentals and more.
Key Largo is only 45 minutes where you can enjoy beaches on the ocean side or the gulf side. Swim with the Dolfins as well!
The town Cutler Bay is located off our famous "Old Cutler Road" which takes you to Coconut Grove - only a 25 minute drive away. A great path runs along this road for walking, running and biking.
Mattheson Hammock Park has a beach area for for those who want to swim. Around 20 minutes from the house. Great for picnics!
Have a large family? Rent the home next door as well - also listed on VRBO. Sleep up to 14 plus people between these two homes.

Great weather! A lovely pool that is completely screened. Fenced yard if you need to secure a boat on trailer. Large driveway.
Is located off our famous "Old Cutler Road'' which takes you to Coconut Grove to Downtown Miami and then to Key Biscayne or Miami Beach.
Not far from the house, located along the shores of Biscayne Bay, This park it is open daily for visitors to enjoy its cultural wealth and natural beauty.
Public Golf Course - 18 holes plus Mini Golf and Driving Range. Good Burgers and Beer, etc.
Great place to shop, and Restaurants. Across street is the Outback Yum! Also down the street is the Briar Bay Golf Course.
Best discount stores, take the Tumpike from my home and shop til you drop at this mall

This house has an ant problem. The pool was FULL of thousands of ants. There was a line of ants on the kitchen wall. We rented this house specifically for the pool and never used it once. The owner claimed first it wasn't ants and she had never had an ant problem, second that it was some bug that came when it rained and she couldn't control the weather and third that the pool man came and cleaned it on our second day there. But it was still full of thousand of ants, about 25% of them still alive. My kids wouldn't go in the pool and neither would we. We were never offered any kind of solution when I told her we were very unhappy that we couldn't use the pool for our entire stay. Also be aware the owner lives in this house when not rented. Drawers and cabinets are full of her stuff and she just stays somewhere close by while you are there. She entered the house on at least 1 occasion when we were not there which is unacceptable period. And lastly shes in no hurry to return your deposit. She said we would get it back within 10 days, but didn't even send it out until 12 days later. And if I pay instantly by paypal you should refund instantly by paypal not snail mail. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Makes us want to stay at a hotel next time to ensure any problems will be dealt with properly.
Owner response:"I believe the problem with the pool was not ants but something called "no seeums" a very tiny insect common in Florida during the raining season. The pool man cleaned the pool twice over two days but this really doesn't solve an insect problem even in a screened area. This swarming only occurs occasionally and is really impossible to control. The only time I entered the house during her occupancy was to get something from the garage to clean the pool. We really did try to take care of the problem and am sorry it happened." I have no idea what she are taking about - Drawers Only Coffee,cream and sugar, for the guests convenience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much in this house. It was very clean and all set to have a great time. With extended family living in Miami, it served as a great place for people to visit and relax by the pool. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and the kids loved the pool. The owner was professional and easy to work with.

The house was great. Clean, well appointed. Had a screened in pool in a nice area. The owners were helpful and attentive. It was a great rental. Highly recommend it.
