No toilet paper or soap. No dishwasher detergent. One of 2 front door keys did not work. Blinds in sunroom did not open properly. Location nice.
Owner response:I keep my rates very affordable for my guest, and rent my condo furnished with kitchen utensils, cook ware etc. Bed linens,towels, bath,beach. I do not furnish toilet tissue, bath, dish soap or any personal items. If some of these items are left by previous guest, you are welcome to use them. There are two keys given at check in. One for the condo the other for storage room where bicycles and beach items are for my guest to enjoy. If at anytime something is not working properly, please call me and I will have it attended to promptly. Thank you for renting from me! Sincerely, Sharon

The pictures DON'T do this condo justice!!! We all LOVED it!!! It has a very nice location. It is close to everything! We walked our dog in the park ride down the road in the mornings. St. Simon's is VERY dog friendly and so is this condo!! We had 5 adults and our dog staying here and had more than enough room. It was very clean and well-kept. We all had a blast and got more than we expected out of our rental. We will definitely stay here again!!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
