This cozy mountain condo is so unique and inviting. This unit is updated and modern but still decorated in a mountain motif. Perfect fit for a small to medium sized family - can sleep up to 6 (NOT 6 adults) and has a beautiful bedroom with queen bed.

The living room has a comfy extendable couch with recliner, great for watching TV or playing games. The unit also has a roll-away bed and aero bed. The wood-burning fire place keeps the rooms nice and warm (central heat as well). Winter in Breck is well-known for spectacular skiing but the summertime is unbeatable for family fun and gorgeous weather. Take a bike ride or hike on the paved or mountain trails and enjoy the many art fairs and festivals that are a part of almost every summer weekend.
