Bay Point is a beautiful little island community a few miles from Key West. It has quite a large park with two tennis courts, two bocce courts, a basketball court, a volley ball court and a fenced, sanded and safe children’s play ground. It is home to the famous Baby’s Coffee Shop and it has its own little “Mom & Pop” store which also does sandwiches, burgers etc.
The open water views from this superbly situated house are fantastic. Bring your family and friends to luxuriate in the comfort and amenities afforded by this beautifully appointed home. Swim in the pool or just relax beside it in our splendid tropical garden. Moor your boat at our private dock and fish the teeming waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, or you can just fish from our dock!
You can snorkel in the local waters or use our kayak to explore the mangroves with all their amazing wild life.
This is truly PARADISE and you can have it all!
You can relax in the serenity of our garden and pool or you can lounge on the dock or in our large screened deck with your favorite cocktail and watch our magnificent Key West sunsets. Alternatively, you can drive a few minutes into Key West and enjoy its unique charms, its wonderful restaurants, historic buildings, museums and its Amazing Nightlife.
