Tim and Diane Mueller, who transformed Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont into one of the top five ski destinations in the East, bought the ski resort in 2004 and completed the inaugural, lively, and rustic, master planned ski village, The Lodge at Mountaineer Square, in July 2007.
Expect the warmest of welcomes from the full service front desk and concierge located in the cozy lobby with its grand stone fireplace and lounge. This Premier 2 bedroom/3 bath residence includes 1371 square feet. Two master suites with stand up showers, deep soaking tubs and LCD/DVD flat screen televisions in each suite. The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with bar seating and is fully equipped including culinary essentials and linens. You will love the gas fireplace with the 42 inch LCD/DVD wall mounted television.
After a day on the slopes, valet your skis and enjoy a cocktail at Trackers Whiskey Bar or a locally brewed coffee at the new Camp 4 Coffee. Born and raised in Dallas, TX, I earned my BBA with major in Real Estate and Finance from North Texas State University. I have worked for commercial insurance brokers placing complex insurance programs, specializing in large construction and real estate corporations.
While attending college, I started a real estate business which purchased, renovated, sold and leased single family dwellings and condominiums in the Dallas market place.
My first trip to Colorado was mid 2004 to Crested Butte. Since this visit, I cannot stay away and have transferred my real estate business operations which includes four (4) condominiums, a 35 acre ranch at Danni Ranch and a residential lot in Mt. Crested Butte.
