  Perfect rental! Not only is the apartment beautiful with a great location and wonderful view, but owner Lydia provides beach toys, chairs, coolers and a bike. Location is so good used bike for grocery shopping, going to restaurants and for exercise. Thank you and hope to visit you again next April. JoAnne, PA

  My husband and I just spent out second March in this apartment. We really enjoyed staying here; we felt right at home. The location is ideal, right across the street from the beach. There is a canal view from the balcony. The apartment is well laid out with a large living room and a fully renovated kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are well separated, thus providing plenty of privacy. There is a bike which the owner allows you to use; also some beach chairs, everything you could want! Lydia, the owner, is very easy to deal with and always responds to any calls quickly and efficiently. Hoping to stay here again.

  I just spent the month of January in Lydia's condo and had a great time. The condo is large and very nicely furnished. It is extremely well stocked. It has all the appliances and cookware you might need plus coolers,beach chairs etc. There is even a collection of Disney movies. The photos give an accurate representation of the condo. I thought the layout - with the bedrooms being separated by the living/dining area affords extra privacy. The building will allow dogs up to15 lbs. The beach is very close - just across the street through a private entrance. It is very convenient for long walks on the beach. There are many activities nearby. We went drift fishing at nearby Hillsboro inlet. There is also an Olympiic sized pool with lap swimming and two golf courses at Pompono Air Park which is closeby on Federal Hwy. There are also lots of good restaurants in the area. Try Christina's Traverna on Atlantic Blvd or Razzleberries for homemade ice cream. Lydia is a very responsive owner. She is always available by phone and is quick to try and remedy any problems that may crop up. She sincerely wants you to have a good time. I definitely recommend this condo for a vacation.

  This place is everything as described. I just spent some time there and how relaxing. The private beach was very clean and well manicured. Nice having the picnic tables and grills. The condo is in such a beautiful location and the view was amazing. We were met by Deb and she let us in and showed us all around the condo and explained everything. Very roomy clean and everything you could want at your own home. I am seriously thinking about coming back next year. I would highly recommend the place. The parking was great and the location to any type of store you would need within minutes. Thanks so much Lydia we really enjoyed ourselves.

  We arrived at the condo right from the airport to find the condo very very clean and ready for us. I was pleased to find the condo very very well equiped with all needed paper products to last us, cold drinks in the fridge, laundry detergent, ample linens, towels etc. Our stay was made even more comfortable by the comfortable furniture, 3 flat screen TVs and coolers for the beach...which is lovely and just across the street. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. We would recommend this condo for a couple or a family, for a short or long term stay. Excellent communication and help from the owner.

  The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The owner was very accomodating and great to deal with. We enjoyed the pool as well as the short walk to the beach. Our first experience was so good we are going back for a longer period in 2012. We would definitely recomend this property to anyone.

  I booked this so last minute and wasnt sure what I was getting To my pleasant surprise the condo was just what the doctor ordered Place was clean , had beach chairs ( one was rusted but owner had new ones as well) pool rafts and even a bicycle to use All you need was at your fingertips We loved the private beach just across street with barbeque grills and table Owner was extremely accomodating and was always available when we had a question ...even to change a lightbulb I am definetely coming back to this place Sitting on little balcony, we could see the most colorfull sunset bouncing off the water in canal Love it Love it Love it

  We had the chance to spend the month of August in Florida in this gorgeous condo. When we booked, we were a little stressed; it was too good to be true. At our arrival, we realised that it was real, and it was great! The condo is a large size, all ceramic so easy to keep clean. The kitchen is fantastic. There's a large dining table, and a comfy leaving room. Large bedrooms with super nice bathrooms. There are a grocery store and a pharmacy at a short driving distance. And the beach! Oh my God! pSo Private as in nobody! There were more turtle nests than people. You have your own key to get to it, it's gated! We were there with our two small children (2 months and 2 years) and it was great. We were not worried about going swimming while the baby was sleeping on the beach in a sun proof tent. It was the most amazing month of our life. We truly hope that we will have the chance to go back another time.

  Our house got full due to many friends coming over for the winter so we had a party of 3 staying a week at this wonderful condo. The interior is very cute and comfortable. The brand new kitchen features all the latest appliances and has all you need. The pool area is wonderful as it is covered from the ocean wind and features a great jacuzzi and bbq area. People are very friendly as well. The condo has a balcony with a view on the pool and canal. Small boat dock probably available upon request. The private beach is right across the street and has gated access, a nice bbq area with tables and benches and a nice places to just lay in the sun. All in all a perfect choice we made. We can really recommend the sunday breakfast buffet at the Aruba restaurant right down on commercial blvd. It doesn't get better if you catch a table outside...
