Close to everything in Long Beach and SoCal and better yet, has a common deck/patio on the bluff overlooking a wide sandy beach and the Long Beach/Belmont Shore Shoreline Bike/Running/Walking Trail. The beach is a delight for swimmers, flat, no surf, distance/restriction buoys along the shoreline to aid recreational and competitive swimmers and kids having fun. The beach and run/walk/skate/bike trail are accessed by a 50-yard walk on steps or paved path. The Long Beach convention center is approximately a 1 mile walk on the Shoreline Trail.
The common patio has a gas barbeque, table, seating and lounge chairs and most of all, views of sand volley ball courts, Queen Mary, Cruise Ship Terminal, Shoreline Village Yacht Harbor, Long Beach Aquarium and the extravagant, man-made inshore oil-producing islands. On spectacular days Catalina Island is part of the vista. On any evening lights from party and theatre boats, inshore islands, terminals, and Shoreline Village and their reflections on the water are spectacular. The sunsets are remarkable!
The unit is 940 square foot townhouse; upstairs- two bedrooms (master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with two twin beds which on request can be assembled as one king bed) and bath; entry level- living room, dining room and kitchen. The décor is modern and attractive.
The Passport Redline Bus stop on East Ocean Blvd is very close. The bus travels the length of the bay, from the Cruise Ship Terminal and Long Beach Aquarium, Convention Center, Museum of Art, Belmont Shore, Seal Beach and Long Beach State (CSULB). By car The Getty, Hollywood, Burbank are 45 minutes, LAX, LA County Museum LACMA, Knott’s Berry Farm, Disneyland are 30 minutes. The owners and family enjoy their visits and look forward to sharing thoughts on cultural and recreational activities in the Long Beach/Southern California area.

Everything you could need!
Everything you could need!
I am a native to Long Beach and recently brought some friends with me to visit. The condo was perfectly described and very charming. We absolutely loved having our own space. The opportunity to cook, access the beach, and do our laundry was beyond what any hotel could have given us. We were able to catch busses down town and to surrounding cities, right from outside our door. However, above all, our favorite thing was the shared patio. It was so peaceful to all be together looking out to the ocean for a drink or dinner. I saw a whole new side to Long Beach that I had yet to see even in 18 years of living there. Randy and Carla were very helpful and so pleasant to speak with. We hope to come back soon!

My husband and I and our son recently stayed in this condo. Being on the beach was amazing- enough to motivate our 15 yr old son to get up at 6am and run the beach! We could walk to the Convention Center/Pier area and never felt uncomfortable. The condo furnishing were great, the view from the balcony stunning and the neighbors were very friendly. I really enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the building and the California lifestyle! We will definatly be back.

Great time in Long Beach
Great time in Long Beach
We have rented through VRBO several times and you never know what you will get - I'm always nervous about what the place will really be like :) Our family had a great stay at this property in Long Beach. It's cozy, well maintained and had everything we needed. It's a short, easy walk to the beach and we found the neighbors to be very friendly. The worst part was parking, but that's typical for the area. Randy and Carla were great to work with - very helpful and accomodating. I recommend this property if you want to stay (very) near the beach without breaking your budget. It was easy to get to the Catalina Ferry and surf lessons. We had a memorable vacation!

Randy and Carla make the rental experience a dream. Condo has many comforts of home that are often not supplied. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend the property to others.

Although appearing nice online. we were pleasantly surprised at the meticulous care taken to the place. Has charm and warmth with complete accessibility to all attractions that may be of interest. Being that is a smaller privately owned building for the most part, you are not subject to the constant feeling of superiority of present residents.. Always friendly and helpful. A wonderful location with an at home feel. Carla and Randy very accommodating and easy to deal with.
