My husband and I and our son recently stayed in this condo. Being on the beach was amazing- enough to motivate our 15 yr old son to get up at 6am and run the beach! We could walk to the Convention Center/Pier area and never felt uncomfortable. The condo furnishing were great, the view from the balcony stunning and the neighbors were very friendly. I really enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the building and the California lifestyle! We will definatly be back.
Owner response:Street parking can be an irritation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented through VRBO several times and you never know what you will get - I'm always nervous about what the place will really be like :) Our family had a great stay at this property in Long Beach. It's cozy, well maintained and had everything we needed. It's a short, easy walk to the beach and we found the neighbors to be very friendly. The worst part was parking, but that's typical for the area. Randy and Carla were great to work with - very helpful and accomodating. I recommend this property if you want to stay (very) near the beach without breaking your budget. It was easy to get to the Catalina Ferry and surf lessons. We had a memorable vacation!

Although appearing nice online. we were pleasantly surprised at the meticulous care taken to the place. Has charm and warmth with complete accessibility to all attractions that may be of interest. Being that is a smaller privately owned building for the most part, you are not subject to the constant feeling of superiority of present residents.. Always friendly and helpful. A wonderful location with an at home feel. Carla and Randy very accommodating and easy to deal with.
