Enjoy beautiful breath taking views of the sunrise/sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony in #1307 on the penthouse level 1. Or, frequently watch the dolphins play with your morning coffee or favorite beverage. Royal Palms is somewhat secluded, adjacent to Gulf State Park, an undeveloped three mile beach. Yet it is still conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are also within a few miles.
Regardless of weather, there is the heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a steam and dry sauna, as well as a fitness room. There is also an outdoor pool for perfect outdoor weather. The sparkling white beach is within footsteps of the building, which the private balcony overhangs. There is also a bike storage area if you wish to bring along your bicycles.
Unit #1307 has spacious extra high ceilings, Queen size bedroom with a private bathroom, 2nd bathroom in hall, alcove bunk beds, a Queen size sofa sleeper, dining and living area with TV/Cable/VCR/DVD (a collection of DVD and VCR movies, card and board games, magazines provided for enjoyment), CD player/portable stereo, DSL Internet connection, washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals when you are not in the mood to visit the nearby restaurants. Ceramic tile is throughout the tastefully decorated unit; carpeted bedroom.

The one thing we realized as we packed last Monday was that our trip was way too short L. We had a blast in Gulf Shores and staying in your condo made it that much more enjoyable. The location was perfect and my husband and I enjoyed early mornings and late nights just sitting on the balcony while listening to and watching the waves. That end of the beach was beyond picture-perfect…we never had to lobby for a good spot and we enjoyed being “away from it all”, yet close enough. We have two sons, one 16 yrs and the other 18 mths (I know…huge age difference) and they both thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent together on the beach. We could not have had a more perfect 1st Gulf Shores vacation. Thank you for sharing your space with us…we look forward to staying in P1 #1307 during our next stay in Gulf Shores!

It was a great trip. The weather was perfect and we did everything we had wanted to do. We ate at Cobalt, Cosmos, and Big Fish which is almost across the street from Cosmos. All three were excellent choices. We really enjoyed the condo and everything seemed to be working. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Bought back a lot of fresh seafood that we got at Blalock's Market which is near Cosmos. Enjoyed fresh grouper tonight. Thanks for everything and we will be in touch on our next trip. Don

Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your condo. It was a very comfortable place to stay, as well as being conveniently located for the activities we enjoy.
