Loved the heated pool The resort wasnt crowded the people around us were very friendly There was alot of winter texans it seemed at our resort The hot tubs were nice Location was very close to the beach not much of a walk Wish they had a bathroom at the pool area Our room was very nice and comfortable we stayed in room 123. The beds were great especially in the master bedroom Nicely furnished with tvs in every room and internet hook up Would definitely go back again.

This is the second time we have stayed at La Mirage, and have really enjoyed it both times. This visit was over Spring Break, so being a little ways out of town was important to us - with young children we wanted to avoid the party scene. There were many families there - everyone was friendly, but no unnecessary noise. And the heated pool was the best - in March the weather can be a little iffy, but the kids always had a place to burn off excess energy! The condo itself was nice and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality pans and appliances - we don't tend to encounter this in rental units. We had a great time!

Wonderful experience! The condo was clean and roomy, the beach was a close walk, the pool was warm enough for the kids! The dishwasher glitches on us, but the owner was immediately responsive and maintenance got it fixed in minutes. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here very much. The kitchen is really well-stocked with nice quality non-stick pots and pans, cooking and serving utensils - even bakeware! We had no problem cooking and serving our Thanksgiving feast in this kitchen. No coffee grinder, FYI (we brought our own), but there is a pack-n-play, and the DVD selection included some recent-ish movies - or maybe I just haven't seen any movies in a while - LOL. Our kids loved the heated pool and playground. There is a dedicated boardwalk from La Mirage out to the beach - no car ride needed. The linens and towels were nice, and there were plenty. The view from this unit includes just a small sliver of Gulf visible out on the balcony. Mostly you are looking at condo buildings, dunes and parking lot. The advantage is we did see pretty sunsets and even a rainbow one morning; but don't expect to watch the waves roll in over morning coffee unless you take a to-go cup out to the beach. We come to Port A once or twice a year and can recommend Snoopy's and Moby Dick's, riding the ferry on foot just for fun (we often see dolphins and it's free) - there's also a great playground and fishing in the park near the ferry terminals. The candy shop in town has yummy salt water taffy. The owners of this condo were responsive and professional and the property was well maintained and clean. An excellent choice for families with young children and people who like to cook in!

We had a great time at this property, It was very clean, has 3 good sized bedrooms, and has a huge balcony area. I would definitely recommend it.

The condo was very nice; very clean and well kept. The beds, except the sofa-bed, were very comfortable. The sofa-bed is good for children, but not as comfortable for adults (just as you would expect). The king bed is really nice. The balcony is large and nice with a breeze coming in from the gulf. The air conditioner worked very well, which is a must with the 100+ degree temperatures and the ceiling fans help too. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. The two large pools are both good and there were always plenty of chairs around the pools. The beach was not crowded and was nice with exception of sea weed (on beach), but it was only a bit of an eye-sore, it really had little effect on our ability to enjoy the beach or the water. Overall the condo was a great choice; I’ll do it again and soon I hope.

My two daughters, grandchildren, and I enjoyed a week's respite from a cold Missouri winter at this beautiful condo in Port Aransas. The condo is well situated....close enough to Corpus Christi to enjoy shopping and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the beach. The heated pool was great since temperatures were in the high 70s and low 80s the week we were there....perfect for the pool but a little cool for the beach. The kids still enjoyed running and playing on the sand with an occasional dip in the water! The condo was clean and well maintained. The owner has taken extra care to decorate tastefully and well. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and a few suppers....had everything we needed as far as pots and pans and dishes. Many of the people staying there are owners so take pride in the property. The pools (one heated and one not) were clean and a very good size. They easily handled the number of guests. There were 3 hot tubs on the property.....they did have a few issues with them the last couple days of our stay but quickly fixed them. We hope to come back next year.

We were there for Thanksgiving. The property exceeded our expectations. The unit has been updated. Kitchen has granite and modern appliances. We liked the arrangement of King-master, queen in one bedroom and twin beds in another. La Mirage has a heated pool and 3 hottubs. Located on the beach, but away from town, so the beach was quiet. Wonderful place, a great experience. Hope to return next year if not sooner.

The location of La Mirage (on the north end of a collection of condos) provides a mile plus of empty beach to the north. Great for walks on the beach at anytime!

Your condo at the Meridian was perfect for for our family beach trip. Having made the reservation myself, I was thrilled when our adult children commented that it was much nicer then they expected. It was very clean, well equipped, and certainly large enough for the six of us to easily relax. Loved the pool being right outside the door and spent evenings relaxing on the patio. We didn't know what to expect as we followed the path of hurricane Alex, but had great weather and an awsome time. We will certainly return another time and recommend to our friends.

The Sanders and Henson family really enjoyed our stay at the Meridian. It was very nice and clean. This was the perfect fit to our mini vacation. My family could not have asked for a better spot to be in for our vacation. The home was enjoyable and very comfortable. The children enjoyed the swimming pool along with the wives, aunt, and grandmother. The beach was very nice also. My brother-in-law and I were out on the pier fishing. Once again, I will truly recommend the Meridian to any one who travels down south. Meridian Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The condo was very spacious and really clean. The proximity to the beach was great too. Really convenient. The unit had everything we needed to cook for 8 people and being able to do the wash in the unit was a bonus. We look forward to staying again next summer.

Not knowing what to expect - we were pleasantly overjoyed. This unit is exceptionally clean, details were noticed, very spacious and well decorated. We were very comfortable and never felt like we were visiting. This unit is well taken care of for our pleasure. The pool and hot tub was clean, the beach close by as well as convenient stores. Thank you for making us feel at home.
