Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak periods are from the 3rd week of May through the 3rd week of August, and
Spring Break. Peak periods are rented at $135.00 per night (2 night min.)
. Plus 10% city room tax. Off peak periods are rented @$115.00
per night (2 night min.) plus 10% room tax. There is a $200.00 cleaning/security
deposit which is refundable (minus a $25.00 inspection fee), if the condo is left
as clean as you found it upon your arrival. If you don't wish to clean before your
departure please notify the owner in advance so that a maid service can be
retained. Monthly rates are $2835.00 for peek periods, $2415 for off peek.
