Fully furnished corner balcony looking down beach - Indian Rocks Beach, Florida Vacation Rental Water and beach from all windows of this fifth floor corner unit. This 1300 square foot unit has a large corner and screened in balcony. The balcony looks out on the Gulf of Mexico, also over the pool and down the beach. If you smoke, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony only. Being a corner unit, there are windows that overlook the beach and the waters of the Gulf from the living room, master bedroom, dining area, and eat-in kitchen. There is a laundry area in the unit with a washer and a dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 27 inch TV in the livingroom and a color TV in the master bedroom, both with cable channels. There is an eat-in kitchen, as well as a dining area. The unit is painted in a two tone paint with chair rail throughout. There is also ceiling fans in the livingroom and the master bedroom. Reflections on the Gulf has a beautiful and totally unobstructed beachfront pool with spa. There is also a tennis court next to the pool with a lovely beach view. This wonderful on the beach property has a large beachfront lobby with bathrooms and a sauna. There is a spacious parking lot with assigned parking. There are on site maintenance and cleaning personnel. The large lobby is secure and requires a key for entry. This property is in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Sun Coast area with 17 miles of beautiful and uninterrupted white beach. There is a very inexpensive trolley that runs in front of the property. This trolley goes up and down Gulf Blvd (the beach) from Clearwater to St. Petersburg. There is a lot to do, or nothing to do at all. Enjoy and have fun!!

After Labor Day Through Mid December $900/week

This Property is a TWO WEEK Minimum Rental.
Add $125 cleaning fee and tax to all rentals.
