Located in a quiet central Scottsdale neighborhood, this spacious, luxury vacation rental home is close to everything that is Scottsdale. You are within minutes of some of the best golf courses, restaurants, walking/jogging/biking paths, and shopping in Scottsdale. The community borders the Silverado Golf Course, and is an easy 7 minute walk to the club house. You are also very close to the resort style (heated in winter) pool, heated spa/hot tub and a night lit tennis court (villa includes 2 rackets and tennis balls).
This spacious 1,740+ sqft Tuscan style Villa patio home was recently completely remodeled, with new colors and furniture throughout. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (sleeps 6 comfortably). You will find a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, master suite and large family room with a bee hive fireplace all on the main floor. The villa is setup perfectly for (family) guests, since 2 bedrooms & a full bath are upstairs.
For your entertainment, you will find a new large LCD HDTV, DVD/CD player (with movie/music library), XBox (with games), board games and Wi-Fi high speed cable internet throughout.
Also included are access to 3 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes so you can explore the 12 miles of bike paths that are adjacent to the community.
For those who need to catch up on some work, there are desks in both the master bedroom and kitchen (or take your laptop and work on the patio or pool area). The unit also boasts a large private patio, 2 car garage and a washer/dryer in the unit.
Designed by a former Fairmont Hotels director, the bedrooms have the finest luxury, hotel quality linens and plush mattresses. The Villa's open layout has a very large main floor master bedroom with a new ultra-plush King bed, spa-like ensuite, large walk-in closet, new LCD HDTV, desk, and access to a large, private patio.
You will find two bedrooms upstairs, the Palm Room has a new ultra-plush King bed, new LCD HDTV, and views of the palms on our patio. The third bedroom has a new ultra-plush Queen bed, with access to the roof top patio that has mountain views.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea on our large palm covered patio.
Please note: This unit is our second home, and therefore doesn't include typical "rental" furniture, but high quality furnishings. In order to maintain our high standards, we restrict the number of rentals per year, and the minimum stay is one month.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
You just can't underestimate the importance of a great view. The villa boasts a great view of the park-like green space in front of the villa. We also have a great desert-scape directly in front of the villa, along with a beautiful Yucca and Palm on our private patio (with BBQ). Just walk out the door, and you feel like you are in a high-end resort!
