Fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach. Beautifully decorated beachfront unit new to the rental market with two king beds, bunk beds in a separate room (not in the hall), flat panel TV's in the living, master and second bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has two sinks, a jetted tub and a large separate shower. The beachfront balcony is approximately 26 feet long and extends the width of the unit.
The complex contains two large pools, one heated throughout the year, two outdoor hot tubs, a large oceanfront fitness center, gas grills, and an outdoor water play area for the kids.
Parking is beneath the building so the unit is only a few steps and a elevator ride from your car.
Pier Park, a new outdoor mall with many popular restaurants and shops, is a short walk as well as many popular Panama City Restaurants and attractions.
BEFORE YOU RENT ANOTHER CONDO..ASK THESE QUESTIONS FIRST.
1. DOES THE CONDO HAVE PARKING UNDER THE BUILDING OR ACROSS THE STREET. SUNRISE HAS PARKING DIRECTLY UNDER THE BUILDING.
2. HOW MANY POOLS DOES THE CONDO HAVE? SUNRISE HAS 2 LARGE POOLS AND ONLY 220 UNITS SO THERE IS NO OVERCROWDING AT THE POOLS.
3. HOW CLOSE TO PIER PARK IS THE CONDO? SUNRISE IS EXACTLY 1 MILE AWAY.
4. HOW OLD IS THE CONDO? SUNRISE IS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD.

We have been vacationing at Panama City Beach for years with our children. In 2007 we found a beautiful condo on the West end of the beach. This condo has become our 2nd home and we enjoy sharing our love of the beach with others!!!
Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We liked the proximity to Pier Park and the upcoming Towne of Seahaven. Furthermore there were fewer crowds on the West side of PCB. We liked the fact that Sunrise had 2 large pools, fast elevators and parking underneath the building. We also liked the large fitness room.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There are not many places where one can sit on the balcony, watch the stingrays swim and see the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico with the pier in the background. The beach and our car are only a few steps and a short elevator ride from the condo unit.
