It's Mexico, so we have decorated with bright colors! Our furniture is new, cozy, and comfortable! Relax on the roof top terrace in the outdoor jacuzzi. Swim laps in the beautiful large pool complete with waterfall!
The Master Bedroom will be your favorite! Lie in the beautiful new king-size bed, open the disappearing glass doors and feel the glorious ocean breezes! Complete with a Master bath & safe. The second bedroom is our "Tortuga Bedroom" with a queen size bed. After a day of playing in the Caribbean water or Exploring the Jungle, sit back with a cerveza and enjoy the rooftop terrace, our Large Plasma TV in the Living Room! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home! Or, take a leisurely stroll to one of the exciting restaurants around the Marina and watch the dolphins! Did we mention that we include 2 beach bikes for discovering the Puerto Aventuras Gated Community? It is very safe and so much fun to walk or ride bikes!
PENTHOUSE de la Pescada Naranja is air conditioned, luxurious, convenient to golf, beach and Marina. We are just 20 minutes from Tulum or Playa Del Carmen, 10 minutes to Akumal, and less than five minutes to the beach!

We have taken pride in decorating and making our Penthouse Condo extra comfortable and pleasant for your stay with us. The Penthouse condo is owned by 4 Amigos from the Colorado Mountains who love coming to Mexico to escape the cold snowy Colorado Winters!
Bob & Jenni Walker, Doug and Karen Christner have been friends for over 25 years. We met while building our homes in the mountains and were Pre-School Parents together. We enjoy traveling together, especially to Mexico!

The Puerto Aventuras Area has always been an area that attracted us. The Marina, the beach, the proximity to Akumal, Tulum & Playa Del Carmen make this a good central location for day trips or just hanging out at the beach or Marina close to home.

We absolutely loved this Penthouse condo. It is in a great location in Puerto Adventuras. We enjoyed the dolphins, fishing boats, the restaurants and shopping around the Marina, etc! The penthouse is very comfortable, clean and new. We liked being close to some of the premier beaches and snorkeling in this area. The water is incredible - we got to swim with the turtles in Akumal and saw many beautiful fish. We will rent this property again and recommend it to anyone for an awesome vacation experience! Thanks to the owners!

Just spent a week in December at this beautiful condo and can't say enough about it. We've rented from these owners before and love how they truly make their properties a home away from home. This new & super clean condo was loaded with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the hot tub and grill on the rooftop! Great stay!

We stayed in this condo in April, 2009. It is absolutely beautiful. It comes fully equipped with everything to make it a home away from home. We loved how the patio doors slid open all the way. You felt as if you were outside at all times! Puerto Aventuras is a lovely town. Our family of five had one of our best vacations ever!

Our family stayed in this delightful penthouse condo. Many good qualities: rooftop patio is a peaceful retreat; WI-Fi helped us make some arrangements; secure; VERY accommodating and helpful on site property manager; bikes were really fun; pool lovely; Early morning and evening snorkeling only 2 block walk. Dolphin training a 10 minute walk away. As a family, we rented a car for 3 days during the week to see sights. We wanted a restful spot and found it.
