We couldn't have had a nicer vacation. The house was everything we had hoped for. Photos of house are exactly what you can expect. My children range from 13 to 20 and all had a great time. No one was bored for a second. The home was so peaceful and relaxing. Some of us ventured out for shopping and the older kids hung out at the pier, while some of us never left the property !!!! Didnt want to give Up one second of the atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. Every inch of the home is beautifully decorated. We are looking forward to booking another trip.

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars we would for this property. Our family of 6 had the best of vacation weeks at this beautiful beach escape. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide every comfort of home. The rooms are all extrememly well furnished and comfortable. Having the use of a washer and dryer made life with 4 kids much more enjoyable. The beach towels provided will help us pack less for next time. Our kids loved the toys left behind for use on the beach and in the lagoon. The heated lagoon provides a beautiful oasis away from the surf. The kitchen provided all I needed to cook meals just like home. We just loved Clearwater and took full advantage of all the town provides. To be able to return to such a warm and inviting home, made every day even better. Any questions I had were rapidly answered by the house manager, Allyson. We would highly recommend Casa Tina's mexican restaurant in Dunedin (short 15-20 min drive), Frenchy's Rockaway beach cafe and Gondolier pizza. There is a wonderful grocer, Publix, just a few minutes away that is well stocked and reasonably priced. We loved the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (especially the sealife safari cruise), the Florida aquarium in Tampa, fun coup rentals/surrey rentals from Funride rentals located below the Hilton hotel on Madalay Ave, and just relaxing in the sun on the private beach area right out the back door. We can not wait to go back. THANK YOU, thank you for an amazing vacation.

Loved staying directly on the beach,we did swim in the ocean, however, we all LOVED the grotto-type pool too. The Master Bedroom & room with bunk beds were fine, however the second bedroom is the size of a cracker box and this should be indicated in the listing. It's not "exactly" fair to share with another couple for this reason. Also, the cleaning fee is way, way too high! $250.00!!,due to having to clean the outside & inside. We had to sweep the patio daily due to debris & palm pods,if you step on them, they do hurt! The owners needs to be aware, if they are not already, that the house is NOT supplied with any paper products, we had to purchase toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, napkins, plastic wrap, alum. foil. We also had to buy all dish liquids and dish-washing machine tablets and laundry detergent. That's alot of products for people who are flying, no luggage room to transport all of this back home. We 've been renting homes from VRBO for several years now and this was the first time we encountered this problem. The home was clean, but it definitely was NOT $250.00 clean. The was high way robbery in our opinion! Especially since they make you do the dishes, stip the beds, clean coffee pot, grinder, etc.,etc. What are the cleaning staff cleaning? Would not stay here again for the above mentioned reason, however, if you are aware of all this in advance and that doesn't bother you, the home is lovely.
Owner response:Although 2nd bedroom is smaller than the master bedroom which is usually the case in most homes, it does have a queen size bed with a night stand and armoire and closet next to a very spacious large private bathroom. As the owner, I was not made aware of any issues whatsoever and I make sure to supply my cell phone and email for all my tenants as well as my staff in the event you are not pleased or have an issue. I do supply, as most rentals, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, soap for each bathroom and enough dish soap for a weeks worth of washing. Anything over and above this the tenant is expected to purchase. Since the home has such a large outdoor living space and oversized jacuzzi, the $250 covers the cleaning of the jacuzzi, yard service weekly, all windows inside and out, cleaning of the patio front and back of debris and palms, etc., and the cleaning of the inside of the home to include all beach towels and laundry. Daily cleaning is not included as is the case with most rentals. Since a tenants satisfaction is the concern not only for me but also my staff, we are always available and accessible to not only meet your expectations and make sure you are satisfied but to exceed your expectations. Communication is important so we just ask that you call us and make us aware of any way that we can perfect your stay with us.

This amazing home has all you will ever need and more. I truly cannot say enough about our stay in this little piece of heaven. We had 4 young children and it could not have been better place for us. The patio, the sunsets, the view, the house.....This house is a gem! Thank you Leslie, we will be back next year, and stay longer. Best of everything to you. p.s. I went out and found a quilt similar to the one in the master bed.... Loved your style.

The pictures in this rental's description are as true to the real experience as possible. We had a great week that was perfect from the start. The manager of the property was cordial and saw to our every need. The owners have a fantastic rental property that looked like the best on the block. I loved just walking around the neighborhood enjoying all of the wonderful trees and plants surrounding the houses. The private beach was the perfect setting for a simple, relaxing vacation that we enjoyed with our entire family. Lots of places nearby to eat at and the traffic was minimal. Hardly any effort to get around and get the best of the local community of Clearwater Beach. A short trip to Tarpon Springs was a neat cultural experience seeing all of the sponges and Greek culture. Food everywhere was wonderful. Couldn't think of anything to make the week a better week vacation except not to have to drive 1000 miles from southeastern Ohio to get there! Thanks to the owners and managers who gave us a new Florida experience for our family vacation. The Tiki hut was the best! Lots of nice shells to find and save for home decoration and memories. Very clean and warm water. We are used to the heavy, high waves of Ocean City Maryland, so, these small, baby Gulf waves were nothing for us! We loved the little lizards that kept us amused and kept the bugs down outside. Thanks. We will consider another visit when we are ready for another long trip.
