Welcome to our new luxurious (hi-tech) 1 + bedroom Airstream in Taos, New Mexico. It is located near Arroyo Seco on nearly 4 acres in the foothills between the Historic Plaza & Ski Valley. (Close to Everything!) The property is owned by an international recording artist and film/tv composer who chose this amazing retreat to write music, meditate, hike, bike & ski. (Let's not forget drink wine & hot tub!) This land offers you total privacy with mountain views in every direction.
This fully insulated Airstream (4 seasons) has dual heat (gas & electric), air conditioning, bedroom area with a comfortable full/queen bed, dining table for up to 4, a desk & office area, full kitchen, full bathroom, flat screen HDMI DVD/TV, CD stereo, Wi-Fi/Hi Speed Internet and a flagstone patio with a hot tub, stainless steel bbq grill and spectacular mountain views.
Attention Skiers, Bikers & Hikers!!! This is one of the BEST locations to experience Taos as the National Forest (Biking/Hiking) can be accessed from our property. Arroyo Seco has the 5 star restaurant Sambrusco's with gourmet food, live music a great bar. the Taos cow features great breakfast, lunch, espresso & ice cream. In addition, the Taos Plaza (Restaurants/Shopping) and Ski Valley are both a short drive from the property.
The kitchen features a gas stove with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining area turns into an extra bed that will sleep an additional adult comforatbly or two kids. The 300 sq. ft. flagstone patio has a stainless steel gas grill, patio/dining furniture and a cedar outdoor hot tub for those evening stargazing moments.
Policies: 1. Deposits: 50% at booking. 50% 45 days before arrival - holidays/events 90 days. (100% payment with reduced rate.) 2. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Late check-out = 1/2 day rental. 3. Your Confirmation, Key Code & Directions are attached to your email "Reservation Confirmation" upon booking. 4. No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. 5. New Mexico is a drought state. Please Save Water. 6. Recycle: Use bins outside or separate in bags. 7. Cancellation: No refunds within 45 or 90 (holiday/event) days before arrival. (Unless re-rented) Fee 25%. 8. Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $15/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10. 07/15/2008 For a couple looking for a unique spot away from the resort and condo hustle and bustle, this place is it. The setting is peaceful and gorgeous and the Aistream is stocked with all the modern amenities and comforts of home. You really get the benefits of camping in the mountains, only with added luxuries of A/C, a BBQ grill and hot tub. Highly recommended, but shhh, don't let the word out too much...we want to go back! -Stephanie , Austin, Texas

The airstream was great. We stayed in early January. Four inches of snow fell the day we arrived and it was beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub, walked the trails, and visited the ski valley. We highly recommend the airstream. -Nick, Knoxville, TN

This mountain property is amazing with views in every direction. The large pines, modern amenities & cedar hot tub made my stay very relaxing. The Airstream is like being on a boat that has landed high on the Navajo plateau. Awesome! We could mountain bike & hike from the private land which secluded the national forest. Close to town & on the way to the ski valley. I totally recommend it! Phil...
