Chalet style cottage with two bedrooms, on this one acre lot that is completely shaded, with a queen size bed, a full size and a queen size sleeper sofa, in this beautiful four season area.
One hour or less to The Mackinaw brigde, Petoskey, Alpena, Charlevoix, Traverse City and Houghton and Higgins Lakes which are all sports lakes with miniature golf courses, go cart tracks, bubber boats, an haunted house and miniature amusement parks in Prudenville on the south shore of Houghton Lake.
Otsego Lake is a few blocks away with a county and a state park. This is a all sports lake that is about six miles long and 1/2 mile wide.
Minutes away from Golf, Snow mobile trails, down hill sking and fine dinning.
We have lake access to Perch Lake which is a no wake lake with a shaded picnic area with charcoal grill,tables and there is a sunny beach where your kids can play and swim. Fishing is alowed.
Enjoy camp fires around our fenced fire pit. We have board games available for your enjoyment too.
There is a fenced in area for your kids.
There is lots of parking for you cars, boat trailer or snowmobile trailers.

Holiday Week end or Days with a Two Day Minimum ...... $100/night .. $500/week
Non-Holiday Week Days with a Two Day Minimum .. $75./night .. $350/week
If you leave before your end date you will be charged by the day instead of the
weekly rate. There is a $50.00 reservation fee, which applies to your rent, but is
nonrefundable if you cancel.Rent must be paid in advance of your stay.
If you cancel before your stay all money you have over paid will be refunded
except your reservation fee. Visa Mastercard,personal checks,money orders are
all exceipted.Available by the month starting October first $425 mo.
