Nestled among trees, on the 3rd hole of the east course at Monterey Country Club sits our condo. Step outside the master bedroom, or stroll through the living room onto the gated patio right on the golf course. Sit at the table or on the lounge and watch the golfers go by, gaze at the San Jacinto Mountains, and feel your stress evaporate.
There is a pool and a spa conveniently located directly across the fairway from the condo for easy access when you need to heat up or cool down. There is also a very private, gated, interior courtyard with a gas BBQ, a fountain, and small table for coffee in the morning, or appetizers in the evening.
Both bedrooms have King sized beds, with their own TVs, and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door leading to the patio on the golf course, while the 2nd bedroom has it's own sliding glass door onto the interior courtyard with a soothing fountain. The living room has a large, flat-screen TV, with cable, (including HBO), and a DVD player attached.
The new kitchen is light and bright, and has all the utensils you would need. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. It is move-in ready--simply bring your clothes and your toothbrush.

Our stay was very nice; condo has a great location in the heart of Palm Desert. All of comforts of home, beautiful view of golf course. Pool was quiet and very close, just across the fairway. We would definitely stay here again, and can recommend it to travelers.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a great experience at the TinCupCottage. I traveled down in January for a tennis tournament at the Monterey Country Club, and the condo was ideally situated; walking distance to the tennis courts, and a short drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. I saw one of the other condos in the complex, and ours was much nicer. Deep carpets and plush couches made for a relaxing weekend, and the free wifi was a very nice bonus! I would gladly stay here again on a return trip.

We decided to take a last minute weekend trip to the desert and after looking at hotel options we realized we could get so much more in a privately owned condo – and no resort or parking fees. The “Tincup Cottage” was everything as described and more. Booking was fast and easy. The condo was well appointed, clean, great views, large patio and directly across from the pool. The best part? Very kid friendly. Our two year-old loved the toy cabinet, children’s books, pool toys and large secured patio. We loved the DVD library, large TV and wireless internet connection. Monterey Country Club is beautiful and well located. Kids or no kids, we highly recommend this condo and look forward to a return visit.

Great place!!! The heated pool/hot tub is right across the fairway and the golf course and community are beautiful. The owners are easy to work with and the condo is well stocked with essential kitchen items and pool towels and toys. The weekly rate seemed fair and there was no extra taxes or cleaning fees. I would definitely rent this condo again.
