Nestled among trees, on the 3rd hole of the east course at Monterey Country Club sits our condo. Step outside the master bedroom, or stroll through the living room onto the gated patio right on the golf course. Sit at the table or on the lounge and watch the golfers go by, gaze at the San Jacinto Mountains, and feel your stress evaporate.
There is a pool and a spa conveniently located directly across the fairway from the condo for easy access when you need to heat up or cool down. There is also a very private, gated, interior courtyard with a gas BBQ, a fountain, and small table for coffee in the morning, or appetizers in the evening.
Both bedrooms have King sized beds, with their own TVs, and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door leading to the patio on the golf course, while the 2nd bedroom has it's own sliding glass door onto the interior courtyard with a soothing fountain. The living room has a large, flat-screen TV, with cable, (including HBO), and a DVD player attached.
The new kitchen is light and bright, and has all the utensils you would need. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. It is move-in ready--simply bring your clothes and your toothbrush.
