It is a large spacious one bedroom with alcove (surfer's den) one bath and two vanity areas, with balcony overlooking ocean, intracoastal, Ponce Inlet and Smyrna Dunes Park.

This sixth floor unit is located at the prestigious Inlet Condominiums, part of the luxurious Minorca Community. 38 acre resort-like complex features heated pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, boardwalks, exercise room, beach and river pavilions, sauna, whirlpools, barbeque grills, and much more. Adjacent to 220 acre Smyrna Dunes Park. Other amenities includes: newly completely renovated with tile floor throughout unit, all new furnishings, and the designed surfer's cove with bunk, trundle bed, storage baskets, TV/DVD area especially designed for "Little Surfer's." Can be partitioned off with drapes for privacy for their own little area.   • Thank you for letting us stay in your adorable condo. It is truly special, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I hope you know how lucky you are to own a piece of that magical spot. We were amazed at the different experiences offered by different parts of the inlet - all walking distance from your place. We saw a manatee and dolphins over at the river, giant turtles and interesting snakes in the dunes, amazing life - just teeming life - in the little tidal pools alongside the jetty. 'So amazing!

  • Anni, We had a great time staying at your condo last week. My son and his cousin participated in Jimmy Lane's Surf Camp and had a blast! We found several sand dollars on the beach in front of the condo. We could also view the Edgewater and Daytona Bch. July 4th fireworks right from the balcony.
